I recently visited this shop to switch my number from Android to iPhone, and my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me, a bald guy, treated me like an idiot, constantly asking "you know" and interrupting me. His condescending attitude was infuriating. I understand working at Verizon can be tough and may feel like a dead end, but that does not excuse his rudeness. People working in fast food have better service. Just because he’s more familiar with phones, he pretends to be a genius and is incredibly rude to customers. Phone technology is so complicated that even people in tech sometimes cannot figure it out. After a lot of explanations, he finally told me that if he were to switch my number, it would cost USD 30, or I could call Verizon myself. I understand this is Verizon's policy, but I wish he had mentioned this upfront so I wouldn't have wasted my time and endured such humiliating treatment. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope the store addresses this issue promptly.

I been with Verizon for all my life and today made me wanna switch in a heart beat. I didn’t ask the guy name because he was so rude, the way he talk to me and he way he looked at me. Came and in ask for a simple question and he told me to call the customer service number? Like what the freak! What the point of having people working in the store if WE ALL JUST CALL THE NUMBER. I told him I came to the store because it’s a quicker result. He talked to me like I was ROCK. Didn’t even wanna answer my question he said all my question can be answer on the phone and why is he here helping me. Verizon need a better people working at the store. If all there employees are like him, please go somewhere else. T-mobile or AT&T will give you a more welcoming and in store experience!

Horrible to know there's no technology support staff. I wouldn't recommend Verizon wireless. Sorry but had an previous account with service with high service. Quality is a dissappearment! Especially on a budget ?. What are you thoughts? Please give me insite? Will disclose name of representatives in involved ?.

They were not helpful at all
Came in because I was having a problem with my new phone they said because it was bought at a different Verizon store that I needed to go to that store. I have never had that said to me ever before. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and this is a new phone

Staff here has no idea how to run a cooperate store, as a business owner and needing service and help they sure couldn't help, cutting ties with Verizon ASAP

I came in just to get a new SIM. The guy that helped me out was very nice and talkative. The only complaint that I have is that it took a long time to get a new SIM because the guy that was helping me kept pausing to get me to sign up for promotions. I explained time and time again that the plan that I’m on is a family plan so I can’t be making any changes. He wanted me to talk to my family about making such changes. The last time he tried to get me to sign up for a promotion I let him know that I was just trying to go home, I had had a long day then he proceeded to say that signing up only takes 20 seconds. Great service. I just wish they didn’t push so hard to try to get you to sign up for the promotions.

Service was very good, but when I bought a new phone they told me I had to pay for the mobile protection which I tried to decline. The guy told me I needed to pay for at least one month. Didn’t sound correct so I called the next day and the Verizon call center person told me it was not required at all and canceled it for me.I was also charged a $29.99 set up and service fee, which they did not help me with. I did not want or need help with setup and was not told about the fee.Overall I would not recommend the store, and I would not trust the sales people. He probably made commission off of that somehow if I were to guess.Update: Checked my bill and the Jai (guy with a cane) in the store told me I could get apple one for free with my plan. Incorrect $10 a month for a service I don’t really need. I would avoid this store.

This is regarding the general manager, the Mexican guyI honestly regret switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. They don’t know how to take care.General manager I wish you had a name badgeHe does not know how to talk to the customer he would not listen to the customer. He needs to learn how to talk to customersGot my phone three days ago. My phone is tripping it’s not connecting to Bluetooth or CarPlay call customer service. They told me they did all the troubleshoot. They told me to come to the store so since it’s within 30 days I can get a new phone come here he wants to charge for restocking fee. He does not know how to take care of customer if it’s a defective phone, what am I supposed to do?I can go ahead and return your phone and do the restocking fee and sell the phone like bro seriously I need a phone The phone is defective. Honestly, I have a lot to say, but this is the worst place to come

Сотрудники не хотят работать с клиентами, потому что у клиента другой язык ,даже когда им говорить что разговаривать можно через google transaction. Плохой сервис и нежелание помочь клиенту. Не советую обращаться.
