Customer service sucks. Place says its open but its not. Called the guy and he can't even be there to service customers. Place is a joke. You have to be on his time or no time at all

I have been a customer at Venus for the past 3 years. I purchased a Mr2 motor from them back in 2018 and was a great and easy process. I like that you can put down a deposit to hold the item you want and pay in full when you get the item. Now I recently purchased a hard to find TRD exhaust. They actually met up with me in San Jose saving me time to drive up to Sacramento because I didn't have the time to go up there. 5 star service! Very awesome staff!!

Was looking for a replacement turbo for my 02 WRX, within an hour of calling into the shop the turbo assembly I needed was in the mail on the way to me, and Hung from the shop was texting me personally with updates. Amazing customer service, excellent technical knowledge, very fair pricing. I would wholeheartedly recommend Venus to anyone looking for any sort of JDM part!

Always has the Subaru parts I need.. any little thing on engines. Alternators. Doors. Bumpers. Rare edition cars from Japan. Saw a JDM rhd impul skyline while I was in there. Nissan Toyota and Subaru. All you need.
