I can't believe how terrible the service is and the level of incompetence.
These people make good money and can't do simple tasks let alone customer service.
Waiting on workers comp checks that never make it and calling to complain goes unheard since they don't answer the phone.
This is a sign of the government as a while, disgusting.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! didn’t scan two packages, made me refund $50 worth of items because they lost it twice. I shipped It out and they said I didn’t send it out. Fire the employees!!!! (Update a few months after that one^ they had another package out for delivery but now it’s back preparing for delivery. This place is a complete joke.)

The post office is a joke! My medication arrives in the mail, and this is the second time in a year my pain medication has been missing. The first time, my meds were coming to my house. They said they tried to deliver, but no one was home. I signed the form to have it redelivered, but it never showed up. Had to go to the post office and pick it up. I got a po-box at "Just Send It" where they can sign for my packages for me. Great place, by the way. The only problem now is getting the packages delivered there! It sure is funny when it's my pain medication that keeps coming up missing. The post office said they tried to deliver at 5:15 pm, but the business was closed. WRONG! Just Send It doesn't close until 6:00 pm. Nice try, but I caught you in another lie! I filed a formal complaint two days ago, but like everything else, nothing is going to happen. The Inspector Generals office needs to clean house.

I would post negative is it was possible. Don't answer phones, too lazy to deliver packages just send notices saying sorry we missed you when they never tried to deliver in the first place.

Terrible customer service. Our mail was forwarded days before it is supposed to be. Know one knows where are packages are and the person on the phone was not helpful and instead was abrasive and not friendly at all.

Came here before closing and they were closed. As I was coming in I saw staff leaving and when I asked another staff why they were closed he said staffing issues which was clearly a lie because I just the staff leaving as I drove in. There is a reason why post if not all post offices have bad reviews. They are managed poorly and it seems like staff can do whatever they want. What a joke.
