I've been in the neighborhood since Jan '24. I've had to track my mail from previous addresses because the mailman is too lazy to get out and do his job! He's marked all my mail undeliverable when my mail box is LITERALLY ON THE DAMN STREET! Please thank the mailman for having my children's packages lost 3 times!!! Your job is to DELIVER the mail!!!!!

I want to say thanks to “Thomas”On 6/21/2024 I spoke with him because I don’t have access to my mail box at the moment and I called to see if I could get all my mail taken out so I could pick it up at the post office, Thomas was so kind to contact the mail guy on that route to take out my mail and deliver it to my door ! Thank you so much Thomas for helping me out and prioritizing my request ! :)

Don't go to this place the lady in front desk is a d***ck with everyone and she also wanted to make me pay cash for a letter that I had stamps for and well knew I didn't have to pay any for it, it's weird how it had to be cash probably trying to stash that money!!! Hopefully my letter doesn't get "lost" since she looked really mad about me having my own stamps crazy

Second time coming into this post office and I love it. Area is kinda sketchy, it's located next to the Vivi's so it was hard to locate at first. Once inside it's open and staff greet you immediately. Never any lines to deal with so maybe I'm just lucky . But I always know that if I need to go in there to send something off it'll be a breeze coming here. Thank you to the young lady that always has a smile on her face and works efficiently.

How are you not going to have a Dropbox at an actual post office. No slot anywhere. This is an extremely poor community and is why you do this to us. Shameful.

You already know if I could give them zeeo stars i would. So 3/22/23 I went in to try and replace my money order that my puppy chewed up. I went in with original receipt and I was told by Carla whom says she's a manager. I was told by Carla that there was nothing to be done and I was out of 500$(the price of the money order). I asked for a supervisor and Carla said it was just her there and the supervisor was in a meeting. She never looked to see if the order had been cashed or even got on the computer. The clerk forgot someone's package while I was inside she asked me of I could look outside to see if he was still in the parking lot because they realized he had a package after all. Their tacky here and theyl clearly hire anyone and don't train properly.

Taking care of business at the DelPaso Heights post office location. The environment is professional, organized, and outstanding customer service. Everything in a large post office but, scaled down. The line goes fast with the knowledge and kindnedness of the postal worker.

This was on 12/19/22 . Walked in and asked for shipping labels, they were out so was told to write on box. Ok, did that but she had me redo it because the location on the box was wrong. Ok and then she rung me up for $55 shipping when I shipped to the same address and the same package at the same speed as last week at a different post office for $18. Went back to that post office and they were shocked that the girl at the post office off Raleys Blvd rung me up for $55. Sending a complaint to the USPS, that girl either wasn't trained correctly or she was just negligent in what she was doing. Some post offices are great and others like the one off Raleys are horrible, the rating says it all. DONT GO HERE
