Lady here named JAS is very rude and mean. She has no customers service at all. She didn’t seem to happy helping anyone there. She needs to go .

Walked in to ask for an envelope and Front desk worker was very rude and unwelcoming ( India woman ) I see so many bad reviews about her. How does she still have a job here ??
She said “ NO Envelope “ in a very rude way and something in her language.

Clerk (Indian woman) extremely rude to every single customs for no good reason. I was so polite and she kept cutting me off when I tried to explain why I was there.
Seems like she hates her job.

PO boxes aren’t accessible when the posted hours say! I drive out to check my box and the doors will be locked despite the posted hours saying it should be available for PO boxes, it’s becoming an inconvenience!! Lines are always long and customer service agents are always rude

The lady behind the counter was so rude she made it looks like we are there for free stuff I think her name was jas she rolled her eyes on us for not putting the package on her scale which was too far for us to do, I think she is not happy with her job she didn’t even get up from her stool. honestly people like that can mess up someone’s day the way they behave with others I don’t think anymore should go there , and honestly it’s not to hard to be nice

Don't know why that lady is still not fired, she treats customers horribly and doesn't even solve the dang problem. Definitely go to the bigger usps than this one

I would leave 0 star if I could. I just don’t understand how this grumpy old indian lady named “Jas” still keeps her job. This is my local USPS location and I dread if my waiting ends up at her counter. This one particular day, she was extremely rude and screamed at me for not doing things quickly as she wanted. When I confronted about her attitude, she threw my package at me and screamed “I’m not going to serve you!” I shook my head in disbelief and fellow postal officer guy saved me from my ordeal. I thought it was irony she used word “serving.” I now see that there are several bad reviews about this location, mentioning her names numerous times, yet nothing has been done! US Postal service, common! This is ridicuous!!

You wait 30 minutes in a long line only to be treated so rudely and disrespectful by the Indian old lady who clearly does not know how to respect customers.

Horrible location. They only ever have 1 person working. The line is 30-40 minutes as a result. Just ridiculous. Don’t bother just drive out of your way since that’ll still be faster.
