The one star I'm giving here is for the very kind way the folks at the postal office told me that they LOST AN ENTIRE MONTH OF OUR MAIL during a one month hold.
I completed a Hold Mail form for July 10- August 9, 2024 and requested that our mail be delivered by a carrier after the hold. We waited a week to get our mail and when we received the "packet" of our mail with the hold request taped to it there were only a few pieces of mail and the vast majority WERE NOT ADDRESS TO US and DID NOT HAVE OUR ADDRESS ON THEM.
I've called probably 100 times in the last few weeks and can have only been able to get ahold of an actual human ONE TIME. Usually it rings for 3 minutes and then hangs up on me.
In that lost mail was a FAMILY HEIRLOOM necklace sent my a family member, at least one paycheck, and who knows what else.
I was told "I'm really sorry, we aren't able to locate your mail."
I am devastated at the loss of the family heirloom and appalled my the lack of professionalism in simply completing a mail hold.
Shameful.

Shout out to Henrietta for assisting me with picking up a package marked for delivery a day early! I needed the item one day before it was scheduled to be delivered to my house, gave this location a call, and Henrietta was able to locate my package and allowed me to pick it up at the post office. I really appreciate the service I received. Thanks again!

Terrible, I shipped a customer a package and made absolute sure all the information was correct even after shipping to this particular address in the past and the package was returned to sender for no reason, spent hours and days trying to reach someone on the phone and find out what the issue was and after non stop trying every 30 mins for 2 days ( and after i had to refund 200 dollars to my customer and eat the shipping cost to and from ) but eventually i did get a nice woman henrietta on the phone and she told me the carrier (brandon) scanned it at the house and decided to send it back to me with no reason whatsoever now I have an angry customer blaming me, I'm out 250 dollars and this is the closet thing I've found to get some answers and accountability this was potentially a very large client for me who now thinks I don't know what I'm doing because I can't even get answers as to why this package was not delivered and am scared to ever try again because nobody at the post office answers the phone, I want my money back and to know why this happened to begin with

So far not so good. They tell you that what shows on the informed delivery is not guaranteed to be delivered that same day BUT so far it has EXCEPT my stuff from the DMV. So far they've lost or never delivered my car registration, new real ID & Drivers license. These are important documents needed. These are the only things that keep ending up not being delivered and costing me money for replacements that still don't get delivered.

It’s a hit or miss depending who you get for shipping. Some attendants are nice and will help you, some will go out of your way to make your life a living hell. I had to with a gentleman that wanted me to buy my own tape to ship a package using their box. Seriously want me buy a whole roll for two lines of tape? Then forced me to go back in line because the paperwork wasn’t filled in correctly even though I have it on my phone. At the end of the day he couldn’t read the slip and used my phone as reference anyway. A real piece of work they got working behind there sometimes. Other times I met some lovely people who helped me ship an item because I wasn’t too sure what form or box to ship packages to relatives back home.

The bad reviews scared me a bit but I had great experience with someone named Mitchell after I called a few times and got through he held onto my package when there was a mixup in address..after four days of it still not coming I ended up going to get it figured out and he held onto it for me..Very nice gentleman and the other men working we’re giving great customer service to the customers.11/21/22 3:30-4pm

Hit or miss on if I'll actually get my mail. My packages are often not delivered for days on end and marked as no access to delivery location. My apartment is not gated, our complex mailbox is literally on the opposite side of the sidewalk so it's not an inconvenient location. Worst of all, I live around the corner on 43rd Ave roughly a block away.

This post office is constantly losing packages or delaying delivery. It's like the Bermuda Triangle. Everything that gets here secretly disappears. I don't know what's going on there or who works there, but it's disgusting! Is it really impossible to improve the work of this department??? They can't work alone, hire other people who will be more responsible!!!
