The woman in front always has an attitude for some reason, I don't know why such a reputable company has a employee like this working with customers, it gives a horrible perception of the company as a whole

Person working here won’t answer calls. Keeps hanging up instead of putting me on hold. I’ve been on hold with another place for a whole hour trying to get ahold of them. Worst place ever and ghetto and trashy as hell

Only one person working and line is through the doors. Manager is worried because she has to leave instead of telling her coworker to open another cashier in order to move the line. I waited more then 25 minutes in line. No one really help. Only an older woman which was so sweet was helping

The guy literally see me standing at the door. I had no idea because it doesn’t say on the door to go to the other door and when I ran to the other door, they close it, but let the White Girl land. I tell you this is just racism as I see it.

The worst customer service,I had to hold my mail back in March and I have yet to receive mail I have important mail tax documents, court documents, medical documents and every time I go there they tell me I have no mail checks have come in the mail I have no mail but on the app it says I have all my mail and every time I come to this office I met with the customer service horrible wait times. I’ve waited to receive notice that I have no mail. The longest time was for three hours. I waited in that building for three hours only to be told I have no mail and then they tell you up to 7 days after receiving the notice that you have mail on the app so I wait those seven days I come on the eighth day, they have me fill out customer service forms and yet nobody calls you it’s horrible here and you can’t sue them because they’re federally covered.

Having a really difficult time with this location. I’ve not received any callbacks from customer service when they say they will, our held mail was given to previous tenants of our address because they were not checking IDs properly which had resulted in missing packages and important letters, and a customer service agent on the phone was not pleasant at all despite me trying to be as kind and helpful as possible.

Need a passport? Don’t come here!! We followed all the rules of the walk in services. We arrived early and were the first in line before they opened the door at 10am. The sign on the front door said that 4 slots are available and a number would be given to the first 4 in line when they open the door at 10am. We waited at the front of the line with my 4 year old in the rain outside and when they opened the door at 10am Mari said she had already given out all the numbers. I asked when she did this, and she said earlier. I pointed to the sign on the door that said that it said the slots would be given out at 10am to the first 4 people in line and we were first. She said that people had come earlier and she gave those people the numbers early. They broke their own rules. Mari claimed that it was because they needed more money orders (which makes zero sense) - and refused to take us as a walk in. Super rude and breaking their own clearly posted rules. When we asked to speak to a supervisor she claimed they don’t have one. Yeah right.
