Great staff at closing time. I had a last minute dash to mail Mother’s Day gifts on Friday and got to the post office at 4:59 pm. The employees were patient, helpful, and good natured despite it being so close to closing when we arrived. Thanks Mark!

A Karen's sanctuary.. love the wild public displays while waiting.. they're very entertaining. Time flies here; before you know it, it's time to go. Kudos to the staff here, holding it down. It's not their fault. Like everything else, it could be better.

This post office is incompetent at best and stealing mail at worst.Blue Cross sent me something via certified mail and I wasn't home to sign for it so they left a note saying 'sorry we missed you'. I scheduled a re-delivery, and then I was home ALLLLLL DAY the day of the delivery and it never showed. I filed a report and they called me and said they could redeliver it to my work because my work is in the same zip code. Well, once again, it never showed. I'm annoyed because this is CERTIFIED MAIL and there is usually something important when it's sent by certified mail. Now, it's right before Christmas and I have to try to figure this out when all this stuff is going on. I am so sick of the incompetence.Edit: after business hours, someone from there called me and left a message (phone was dead from being on it with USPS all day!) Saying "yeah my mail carrier delivered this so I closed the request." Are you kidding me? I guess I will report it as stolen and maybe something will happen.

Came in on a Saturday, line was almost out the door. I waited for probably 30 minutes which is understandable during the holidays. Got to the front, finally my turn, and they saw I had 6 certified mails, and told me they didn’t have time for that and that it would take too long and told me to come back another day, and then saw the next customer. Huge waste of time and a major disappointment.

Did you know that you can get $1 stamps at the post office? Did you also know that stamps cost .66 cents now? First time I’ve purchased stamps as an adult and these are all new to me. They also have a machine that does a lot of the functions as the staff. So if there’s a long line and you can’t wait…you have options. There is a young gentleman that helped me that provided clear and concise instructions which helped solved my issue. He was knowledgeable and patient. Best customer service ? Thank you!!

Not good! I came to this branch to return a wrong item purchased from ebay. I received this same item a few days later. The postal clerk was lame!
