Hopefully Rico has been reprimanded or let go. Assaulting the public for exercising their rights and threatening them is not what we pay taxes for.

I've never had any issues. I walk from office and get there soon after they open (website says 10 am, not 7 am!). Strange comments.

Rico could and should take anger management, he has no public relations etiquette with members of the public. The Federal gives us the right to take photos . Rico needs a time out.
