“On June 12, 2024, I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from TRD. I wanted to visit other dealerships and test-drive some other cars, but time was of the essence, as ridesharing is expensive nowadays. Thankfully, the purchase was a surprisingly quick and easy process, being facilely accomplished on the same day. Fast-forward two months later, when a new issue arose: I had successfully been employing a workaround to activate my dashboard when it would not light up. On August 12, 2024, this simple fix no longer worked, leaving me without a speedometer. A mechanic at Firestone informed me that the car's battery was fine and advised me to take the car back to the dealership. And so I did just that. Wael Ibrahim, the salesman who had originally sold me the car, went above and beyond by directing me to a different mechanic when TRD's own could not resolve the issue. I followed Wael to an unnamed repair shop owned by a man named Andrey in North Highlands, where a mechanic by the name of Dimitri was able to diagnose the problem, dismantle the dashboard, replace the defective component, and reassemble the dashboard. Some parts around the fans of the dashboard were cracked after the repair owing to their age and fragility, but the damage was merely cosmetic. However, it was not Wael's fault, so it would be unfair to deduct any stars for Dimitri's mistake. During the repair, Wael not only drove me home so that I could take my lunch before returning to pick up my car, but he also paid for the repair out of pocket. Some will read this review and accuse it of having been bought and paid for on account of the repair's coverage, but rest assured that this was written by a real person and not a bot. Furthermore, I would never have expected such helpfulness and generosity in regard to a simple problem with my car's electronics. Thank you, TRD. You have more than earned five stars from me.”

“I bought a ram 1500 a few months ago from them. The salesman was extremely cool the only reason I give 4 stars is because after not being able to pick my truck up the day I bought it because they needed to smog it, they offered to deliver it and the driver ended up flaking. So I got my truck 3 days after buying it and the moment I got in the tire light was on. Well it was pouring rain and I had my daughter and wife waiting so I stopped at a gas station to air up and couldn’t tell if the air gauge was wrong or the back tire actually had a puncture. So I kept trying to figure out the tpms on the dash and none of the monitors read. So I recently had a shop try recalibrating the sensors and come to find out the truck is missing all its tpms sensors. I don’t remember the light during the test drive but it was on when I picked it up myself 3 days after buying it. So i passed because it was pretty pricey also like the 250 mile warranty they try selling you for 2k on top of your loan. Anyways I’ve been having to check my tires and my TPMs always bings at me every so often”

Zack, Moe, and the rest of the sales and maintenance team there went above and beyond to make my financing process smooth and seamless, and not once did I ever feel pressured into buying a vehicle. I was also impressed with the variety of lenders they had for me to work with to secure my purchase. They made sure that the vehicle that I purchased was in very good mechanical shape to drive back to my home, which was in another state. And the vehicle did excellent, I drove it for 8 hours straight and it didn't skip a beat, amazing. “Purchased a Salvage title 2018 Ford Flex for a killer deal! Clean inside and out (as if it should have never been totaled!). Suren was extremely down to earth but also professional. My beauty is the king of all of them for the following reasons:Dealership/ price:I bought the car at nearly the price I initially offered. Even though dealers make around %2 to %3 on a car loan, Luxury Motors (Trever) shopped around and got me a loan with %3.9 percent interest, %2 less than the best deal I found. Who does that? Between you and I, I firmly believe that Trever is crazy. Or he wants repeat customers. I am crazy too because I told him that I would talk to his potential customers if asked.Trust/the car:The car is EXACTLY as described to me over the phone. Except that every manual including the original window sticker was included and very scheduled maintenance for the car was done ahead of time. The car is in immaculate condition, yet the first guy didn't hang on to it. I think he is crazy too.Luxury Motorcars had a Pre Purchase Inspection (PPI) done on this car by Porsche, installed brand new tires and gave me the paperwork. Luxury Motorcars had the car professionally polished. Luxury Motors is 95 miles from my home, I cussed all the way because it was raining. When I got home my black car was spotless, that's how good it was polished. If you are not a Porsche enthusiast you will not know that this car is not brand new. The paint-job is so clean that if your future ex-wife get her face close enough to it she can pop her zits. Mine tried, last night, in the dark!My only pet peeve with Luxury Motors is that my car was not unique, anything you buy from Luxury Motors in the same condition.Moral of the story, this car has endured 3 crazy people and if you don't buy a car from Luxury Motorcars you'll be our king.Again thank you Gohpedar, I love you man. I hope that some day you buy a good car too.”

I cannot express how much that meant to me, considering the niche car I was purchasing. Also, not a lot of dealers do that. Secondly, the owner seems to procure cars from a well known client base that know how to treat their cars. I can guarantee quality based on my experience.
