This branch shares the same very lousy low-quality and incompetent service that US Bank is known for. From the management down to the tellers, US Bank is the epitome of a rotten organization full of a$$holes running the joint. It's hard to see how US Bank could get anything more than a one-star rating because it's a systemic problem that makes banking with US Bank to be risky, untrustworthy, frustrating, disappointing, and painful to do business with. Has US Bank been *buying* those fake five-star ratings?

Worst experience with US Bank, home loan construction team division. I am building one of the best homes in Elk Grove and loan to quiet ratio was 60-40 , I was putting down 40-45 percent. Construction loan team from US bank wasted my 7 months and they don't do what they promise. They say something and do something else. I have never seen such an experience with any other banking institution . I wasted 7 months with US bank and would not recommend anyone who is making Custom home in Sacramento. So I have been trying to set up Zelle on my neighbors phone for months but we faced many issues, she is an older lady so calling on the phone is hard because she doesn’t understand technology. We went into the US bank on Broadway and Abraham Rahim-Boroujerdi saved our lives lol. He walked us through the process no sweat. It was a successful morning and we are so grateful for his help and patience!

If I could leave a ZERO STAR I would... This is a NEGATIVE review I am leaving for US Bank and Kristine M. - Business Banking Sales Manager at U.S. Bank in Sacramento, CA. I had such a horrible experience, I decided I better write this review so others wont have to waste their time here. Bottom line - DON'T waste your time at US Bank. I personally have years of experience working as a branch manager at Wells Fargo (WFB) and I know a thing or 2 about customer service. I personally bank with WFB now and when I was looking to open a business checking account, I thought it would be a good idea to keep my personal and business accounts separate, at different banks. Boy was I wrong! My request was very simple to US Bank: I needed to open a New Business account for my Father and I. This was going to be a joint business account. I had all the legal paperwork necessary, and I asked what sort of timeline we would be looking at to get this completed? Reason why, my father was going in for surgery ASAP, and we wanted the account opened in advance for personal business needs. I was assured this could be done within a day or two at most. Now fast-forward two weeks... My overall complaint is with Kristine M. who treated me very unprofessional and promised me we could have my new account opened up the very next day or two, (WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN). After waiting two weeks, I was then told by Kristine M. that she can set up an appointment for me for the following week. I reminded her that I was assured this would be done today and I already made arrangments with my father so we can get this done before he went into surgery. At this point I was beside myself... I questioned Kristine M. about not keeping her word and how frustrating this is and the poor service I've been receiving and asked Kristine M. for a phone number to the corporate office and I was first told by Kristine M., "sure I will get you the number," then she stated... "Oh, I do not have access to that number after all and We are sorry but US Bank would not be able to assist you any further from here and you need to take your business elsewhere." I was able to obtain the phone number myself to the US Bank Corporate office and I spoke to Justin at the Executive Office and I explained my concerns to him about the poor service I have received and how this has dragged out for 2 weeks and the false promises Kristine M. made to me. Justin then stats that Kristine M. has made him aware of some accusations about my business and US Bank will not conduct business with me at all. So Kristine, made up lies about my business because she did not like being called out about being unprofessional and not keeping her promise. She had no care for me let alone my father who was holding out to get to the hospital for surgery and then for her to go and LIE to the corporate office. So sad and very unprofessional. I have shared this with all of my friends and family and no one that I have talked to will ever be using US Bank. I think I will also share this with my contacts on LINKED-IN... On a brighter and more professional not: I reached out to Wells Fargo Bank and my account was literally opened up in less than 30 minutes and they offered me a $20,000 line of Credit, which I was not even asking for. Moral of this review: DON'T go to US Bank. They will only waste your time. Things always work out for a reason! Go to WELLS FARGO!

I cannot tell what a crappy bank this is. I wanted to open a checking account and the guy treated me like a criminal. Kept staring st me, being rude and unfriendly. I had a cashier's check to deposit, but they put a week hold on a cashier's check! Finally, I got the account open. Before I wrote one check, they closed the account and wouldn't give me my money. I had to threaten legal action. Then the teller threw the check at me. Insane bank. Something is not right with them.

Im along time customer of a partnering bank of this branch. When I called for customer service to ask they hold deposits more than a week before depositing, not one employee responded with actual empathic customer service. I was on hold, FOREVER. When the "manager" finally came on the line, she was curt, impatient, defensive and uninformed. Add to this, an shameless aching to get off the call. Lack of training, exposure to world class customer's service, and a gaping void of understanding for the service industry is obvious. Partner with these people at your peril. Big bank, big insurance, big pharma... -- all the same garbage; hiding behind beauracracy and tape masking the real issue -- they would eat their own for a buck. Good luck crooks. Shame on you.

I give this bank a five star rating because of one special employee. Her name is Tarah Olive. She is a model employee and a "tremendous asset" for US Bank. If you want to feel important and appreciated, this is the bank for you...Tarah is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, personable, efficient, delightful, funny and much more!

Basically I placed my settlement check into my account from a law suit. They gave a breakdown of how it would be released. It never was I called them and they said it was on extended hold because the release bank had not released funds. So I called that bank they said the money was released and u.s bank lied. So I called u.s bank back told them what they said then they said they got the money but it was on a 24 hour hold well 24 hours went by and still nothing. My rent is late, I have no gas to get to work, my daughter out of diapers still no funds released. After this is over I'll be leaving u.s bank.i would never suggest using them. They keep telling me they will Call back. They don't resolve issues they cause them they lie to you and then they tell you they will call back. If my money is not released by Monday im calling my brother who is a lawyer who deals directly with these kind of issues. If I get evicted I will be suing them as well. Ive purposely recorded every conversation over the phone and I have kept the breakdown of when my funds was pose to be released and my brother is on stand by. Do not bank with them
