This is the best branch to go to do my banking stuff , I always go to Kenneth and Ashley . when I wanted to open my first credit card I didn't know anything about credit cards and I barely could speak and understand English, that time Kenneth been so patient with me and slowed down and tech me all the details so I could understand everything.I want to thank Kenneth for being so nice and friendly and also want to say thank you to the the manager Brittany H. Ferguson she did a great job in training her employees.I had a great customer service experience at this branch all this years.

No walk in transactions okay, but step up your drive through game US Bank! Only 2 cars ahead of me and it took 1/2 hr to make a deposit. Slowest branch in San Diego!

My experience was with Inthava Banemanyvong, I asked for a manager and I got her although her business card stated customer service coordinator. Customer service is what she lacked majorly. I had a dispute last month, June 13th regarding a car rental from Hertz that I reserved and on the date of pick up there no cars available but I was charged anyway. I received a letter from the claims department so I called the number and I got two rude people over the telepone that were very unhelpful. One told me that Ineeded to submit new information, I told her that there was no new information that I gave all of the details initially. Long story short, I guess everyone at US Bank is rude because this Inthava who said that she was trying to help me called the number and got the same rude man that I spoke to last night named Blake. She was relaying messages and she told me that the letter explained the steps you need to take and I said no it doesn't that is why I called and furthermore after not getting assistance over the phone that is why am here today. I asked for her manager and after reading her card I said I thought you were a manager? She then called security...really? We went back and forth and she then told me that if I didn't like the service that I was receiving that I could go to my home branch. I will be conctacting the Branch Manager who is Michael Murphy since they don't give out the correct information, I had to find it. I wish I could rate it with no stars. Michael was more if the same. Do not go to the down town branch.

US bank is the worst bank of all time. Someone stole my credit card information back in 2016, rallied up debt in my name and yall pinned that debt on me, which set me back in my life. I'm never banking with US bank, you guys let me down as a customer. Same for Radius Global solutions. I rather commit suicide than bank with US Bank.

Usbank it's got to be one of the worst bank I've ever baked at. They have horrible customer service, they don't train their employees, they mess up your accounts and do not take accountability. I've had two dispute several items as well as take my complaints to VP and they still don't seem to care. You've been warned refrain from banking with US Bank and save yourself a lot of hassles.I'd give them zero if I could but they won't let me so this one rating really means negative one. Very unhappy customer soon-to-be-ex customer.

I have been banking at this branch for 7+ years and have always been happy with the service they give me. The interior design of the branch is unfortunate and needs a renovation... but that is not what it's about! It's about great customer service. I especially like working with Ashley, one of the tellers who is very friendly and helpful.

This branch is the worst location in the Sacramento area. Every time I've been there the manager is on lunch, and no other teller can assist.
