Just trying to do a quick Amazon return. Only one guy in the store. He's chatty with everyone. There is a line. Than when I finally get there he gets all confused by my returns and snaps at me. I was very surprised because other UPS stores are excellent. I'll go to another franchise next time.

I went in to get my fingerprints done for a new job. It took almost an hour to get it done after waiting in line for almost twenty minutes. I found out a few days later that their system never submitted my fingerprints. I had to go back there 6 times, trying to have them resubmit my fingerprints, and having to get fingerprinted multiple times. The situation didn't get resolved until I went to the UPS store on Arden Way in the Loehmann's Plaza Shopping Center, at which point the "professional" young man took care of it. When I went back to get my money back, I asked for a twenty dollar credit to send a family member a gift for my time, gas, and patience. Not to mention that their system malfunction cost me over a thousand dollars because this situation has made it take longer to start working. The so called "manager" in the child-like red glasses would do nothing for me. He said that only the owner can help me. I asked who the owner was. He wouldn't tell me. What kind of business hides behind the skirts of some mystery franchise owner to justify not supporting their loyal customers? I've always been loyal to this store, but not after this. The store on Arden has a much more streamlined system for fingerprints, and they actually seem to care.

I like James. When I walked in they were jamming to oldies (Mowtown) music. He took care of me, while training another employee and helping another customer simultaneously. Multitasking skills on point. I appreciate the good vibes & service.

I use this place a lot for my returns from amazon and other misc stuff. Today I have had a good amount of help from a few of the people that work there. Customer Services is always good. Sometimes I feel some of the guys don't wanna deal with certain things but I have seen what comes through that door and sometimes it can make you really tired and having to deal with the same thing over and over different people. :) ... Stay positive guys stay focused keep being the great team that you all have.

They asked me to use their automated system for amazon returns. When the machine prompted me to go to an associate, the female worker was rude and condenscending about how to use the bags. Then she finally said, oh but you would need it to be pre-packaged anyways. So the machine would not have worked in my case. She continued to be condescending while scanning my returns. The other employees here seem to be okay.

We have had our mailbox here for years. I normally stop here 4+ times per week to pick up packed etc. even when they are busy they are on top of it, moving through everyone quickly. Also great customer service, they remember your mailbox and get you out quickly. I appreciate everyone who works here!

There are literally 2 great workers at this location. Everyone else can stay home. Stop opening the store at 8:30 AM with one person there!!!! You have some fella that opened on 05.30.23 who spoke to low, was unorganized, way too aloof, and had people scattered all over the store. No order or sense of urgency. Hopefully the one in Fair Oaks will provide a better experience.
