I will for sure ALWAYS visit this location before choosing the one on El Camino. This locations staff are always super nice, patient, overall just decent people, unlike the El Camino location that seems to make up there own rules about packages from Amazon. I will go there and the runaround and rudeness and then come to this one and not have one single issue. Keep doing what you do and thanks for just being nice and not taking your bad day out on random customers like the other location.

This store is okay. Im mostly posting about the self serve. I don't understand the purpose. There's only one and as soon as someone with twenty packages is using it standing in line to be served is much quicker. The rep kept pointing out the self serve for those in line to choose it. It just didn't make sense. Didn't she want to do her job? It appeared that way.

The MINIMUM cost to print out one piece of black and white paper is $4+ !!! Most of the staff are incompetent not knowing how to use the printer or how it functions. There is one beautiful amazing smart Asian woman that has the best customer service and knows how to do virtually everything !! The reason I come back is it’s so close to where I live and I’m always hoping she is there to help.

Called this location because I had an issue with a shipment I had dropped off there. Apparently the recipient never received the package so I wanted to inquire about what happened. I was immediately put on hold for 5 mins. I hung up and called back I explained that I was on hold and just a had a quick question. The Indian lady over the phone then hangs up. I call back and she was upset with me cause I asked her if everything was ok. You know there are good people out there like myself, meaning well and service like this makes me just want to act like everyone else these days.
