Daisy at 1029 Florin UPS Store is very rude. She should not be in customer service. I had my Macy’s package delivered to the store for pick up. Daisy claimed my packaged was not there and I have to “file a complaint.” When I showed her the PROOF that it was delivered to the store and signed by her she says “that doesn’t mean anything” and how the delivery driver “has anyone signs it doesn’t mean they dropped it off” how’s does that make any sense? It doesn’t. She rudely told me she will go check if it was in the back if not there nothing she can do. She walked to the back of the store and behold my package and she changed her tone of voice. I asked if she was the manager she said yes, not a great one.

this location does not accept amazon returns unless it is in the original shipping box or has an old label on it. was told this is due to integrity of shipping boxes vs product packaging but the product they did accept had questionable packaging, however had old labels so no questions asked lol…took the items to the ups store down off Freeport in same condition and no questions asked

The line was long and they were very busy, but a young woman who’s name I believe was Gloria, was very kind and went out of her way for the customers in line, despite some being rude and impatient towards her and the rest of the staff.

The vibes are always great wit the staff I this store. Specifically, Michael has been great with efficency, always has a good attitude, and isn't shy about going the extra mile when needed. I'm sure this is a reflection of great leadership within the store and I always look forward to our quick interactions when I come in.Trust me, that says a lot from someone who doesn't enjoy too much human interaction. ?Keep it up guys! You're doing great.

The store is clean and the workers are friendly.The prices are insane. If UPS wasn't accepting Amazon returns, nobody would use their company.I wanted to overnight a small Manila envelope with 1 paper inside. The cheapest overnight option was $68 and change. I paused when I was told the price. I left and went to the post office. They charged my $28 and change.Your prices are too high.

Definitely do not come here for Amazon returns— should have went with my first instinct and not came because of the reviews… the girl (Taylor) was acting as like it was such a hard thing to scan the code to take my package to return. The email literally says drop off at UPS and she’s telling me to go to FedEx…make it make sense… I have never had an issue, getting something scanned, and then leaving it there for return. She made it more difficult than it had to be in this triple digit weather, me lugging, multiple items and a toddler… I’m thinking she was racist

They are a holes. They literally let me come in and go on the computer to print stuff, just to let me know the printer isn't working. Oh and they wouldn't do it for me either. Better take the sign off the door that says "we print"

i just shipped a UPS package/envelop to AL and was ask overnight or next day and no other options. i told her it is not in a hurry but no other deliver options for less money ?

Wow, shipping is so expensive. At least if I go here, I am treated nicely, get really good service, and I know my packages will arrive safely. Especially appreciated the help from Donald.

Finally a friendly and cordial staff member!!!Izzy helped me with SEVERAL packages the other day and had a smile on her face the entire time! She was beyond helpful, pleasant, patient and just gave A+ customer service!I almost dread when I have to return some thing or ship some thing from the store, so I was more than pleasantly surprised with Izzy!!Five stars for Izzy and I only gave four stars because she's the only one there that has any customer service skills.
