Every visit is consistently as expected, customers treated with respect, staff friendly and focused on personal service, some basic supplies available but also Notary and the Amazon return box is still easy to use after some training.

Today was my first time at this location. I went there to return an Amazon order and I have no idea what to do, and the employee Jed helps me, he was so nice and polite, I wish there’s more people like him, he deserves a salary increase! ?. Best customer service ever.

Completed an Amazon return here. The younger gentleman greeted me and informed me on how the process usually goes. Even complemented my sweet truckers hat. Overall I'd 100% recommend this ups store. In and out in under a minute.

Jed was fantastic! When I arrived at the store, he was in the middle of providing notary services to a very nice young family. There seemed to be some technical difficulties going on, but Jed remained calm, collected and exceedingly patient. While continuing to provide the notary service, he made sure to acknowledge my presence and assure me he would be with me soon. Even as the line grew longer, Jed never lost his cool, greeted everyone, and thanked them for their patience. He was the only customer service agent there, and he handled the crowd with expertise and friendliness. If I lived in Sacramento, I would definitely continue to patronize that UPS store. You are lucky to have an employee of Jed's caliber.

As a long-time customer at this UPS store and a familiar face to Jed, the owner, I’ve always had positive experiences with the staff. However, on 7/17/24 at around 4:55 pm, I encountered a rude employee who was unhelpful from the moment I walked in. After making me wait for 15 minutes, he refused to notarize my paperwork, claiming he wasn’t able to mentioning that his inability to notarize the documents could potentially jeopardize his job. An directed me to another store on Watt Avenue. I had no issues getting my documents notarized there. This experience was both disappointing and unprofessional, and I will not be returning to the El Camino store ever again . If I could, I would give this place zero stars due to the poor service I received today!
