I always receive excellent service every time I come to this store. I have sent them many print projects which they have done with great care. They have gone above and beyond every time! Thank you for all you do!

Staffing was very strange and had weird energy. Wasn't very welcoming. Santiago was very strange. Mark was strange. Makin was also strange in regards to everyones energy. Hope was the only person with reasonable welcoming energy. Will not be returning though. Better services elsewhere.

These guys are running a scam here. Came in to print some pdf’s and their printer malfunctioned and printed half the pages upside down and some pages were blank. They tried to blame my pdf file but i showed them my pdf file was just fine as well as showing them the print preview was fine as well as all the print settings i chose. They refused to give me a refund or the store managers number. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and couldn’t care less about screwing over their customers. I ended up going to FedEx across the street they’re a fraction of the price and value their customers. Don’t spend your money here.

I was assisted by the employee Xavier and he was quick and efficient. He helped me with a shipment of stuff for my family to Canada. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

This location has the worse customer service plus they be profiling so if you look a certain way they assume you’re sending elegal contribons and open your package so if you’re sending anything with value illl recommend you to another ups or FedEx

Santiago & Malkin are always so nice with their friendly greetings & attentiveness to assist me. I don't even have to ask if I have any packages because as I walk through the door; Santiago has already gotten my packages and approaching the counter with his Big Smile. Exceptional Superior Customer Service. Stop by and see them. You will Feel Special in the Natomas Crossing Shopping Center by Starbucks, Togo's & Credit Union.

WHY??? Typically this location would be my go to but not anymore. I calculated the price online then going into the UPS location the prices were higher, what gives. So went to the post office after calculating the price online and it was on the dot with pricing.

This is my go to UPS spot for printing & mail services. Kids are all super helpful, but Xavier really helped me out last time I was in. I recommend this business for anyone in the area.
