Literally every time I go to a UPS store now, they run a scam where I have to buy a box. Show up with the return label, item is in the box it was shipped to me in. Nope, they won't take it unless I pay extra bucks for their box and tape.

This store can take care of all of my Amazon returns or exchanges. I have also used the USPS services at this store.

UPDATE: Response from owner is a complete fabrication. They already 'looked into it' and told me that the package will be or has been disposed of. They're taking no responsibility for the fact that their employees told me the package would be returned if unable to deliver it.
Tried to ship a package to South Korea by express mail. There was a problem with the recipient's phone number and I was told by staff at the store that if they couldn't confirm the phone number, the package would be shipped back. They couldn't confirm the number. Days go by, no call or package returned to me. When I finally called them today, they tell me that the package is going to be disposed of and that I can call UPS to see if there's anything else that can be done. Really? Aren't you the UPS store with better access to UPS international than I am? I guess you got your $150 shipping fee so now you've washed your hands of it. I won't be doing business with this store again.

I visited this store a couple of times, and the service is subpar. During my recent visit to return a misdelivered UPS package, the clerk refused to accept it, offering no explanation or assistance. We're seeking to ensure UPS returns the package to the sender. I won't recommend this location, especially if interaction with the owner/clerk is necessary.
