The worst ups I’ve went to only because the Hispanic girl with the blonde streak in the hair. Her and the other Mexican girl talk dumb in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish fluently and am mixed with Mexican. I had a $400 child car seat mailed there and it tracking said it was at the store but they told me it wasn’t there but i insisted and it was right there to the right behind the counter so I got my package. The girl with the streak in her hair tossed a package of mine at me and had a disgusting attitude then when confronted played like she didn’t know. Little do they know I have been filming. I highly recommend going to a different ups.

I've been to this specific UPS store three times since the start of the new year (2024) and every time I have been astonished at how smooth and well run it is! It's clearly NOT staffed at the level it should be, but the ladies who I have seen working here are fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Notary is nice and speedy. The amazon returns are a snap. And they are always nice and polite.

Staff or Owners come and go at this and every location. For this location, the service has always been okay. However, for at least the last 6 months ( I don't go in that often, but go out of my way to use this location) the service has been stellar, friendly, organized and thoughtful. I had an issue (not due to them) and had to reach out to them more than once (again, not something they did) and I was treated very courteously.During the holidays, the entire team was a well oiled machine.Staff got customers in and out in just minutes, even with the staggering lines. They always remain pleasant even when things are hectic. The only negative is, that the staff use prime parking in front of the store instead of the street or elsewhere, limiting the places we can park.There are only about 14-16 spaces for 5 businesses. When it's raining, it's nice to have any spot to park to use a business. If the service wasn't stellar, the parking issue would be a huge negative and would reflect negatively against a store owner or franchisee who allows staff to take up all the parking.

I’ve been in twice during the holiday season to send out packages and received excellent customer service each time. The employee who helped me both times was patient and friendly.
