This place is fast, efficient AND operates longer that USPS. The PO Box system is a dream and I’m never going back to USPS. Highly recommend this location for signed packages too.

Do not go to this location with expensive items. This location "LOST" my cashier check intended to pay a security deposit. I made sure to pay for the shipment to be certified, however, they have no idea where it went after they put the label on the envelope...the response I got from the manager was very unprofessional considering the severity of their mistake. Suspicious. The claim amount is only what I paid for (the certification, delivery date, and typical fees). Not even close to the value of what was inside...very disappointed. If anyone has any suggestions...

Staff at this UPS store are attentive and helpful. Nothing but wonderful service at this specific UPS, something I can’t say about others in the area. Thank you for making mundane tasks easy and quick!

I've only ever had a pleasant experience coming to this UPS they are quick, responsive and professional regardless of why I come to the store for. Compared to the other UPS store this is a night and day with customer service. My go to UPS store in Midtown/Downtown.

Wonderful - very fast service. The young man who was working at this UPS store today(12/8/23) was ON HIS Game! He communicated very well - helping multiple customers. We had a lot of items to ship - he eyeballed everything we had and picked out the right size box. Got everything in and printed and paid and we were out the door in a jiffy.

A+ to the staff here, they are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The storefront is very clean, neat and organized. Seems like most customers are here to ship/return items and the staff gets every single person in/out without a hassle.

A UPS Store that doesn't have UPS labels for shipping. In fact, the manager said that they haven't had labels there for at least 3 years. Why would I have an account with UPS if I can't get labels to ship the items
