Moved from California to Florida and U-pack was the only thing that went smooth. They are helpful, friendly, accommodating, and punctual. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

From start to finish, working with U-Pack was straightforward and simple. Every time I spoke with someone from their customer service team I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and actionable they were to support me. Not only was their quote a fraction of what it would've been to use a pod for my move, the entire experience was fantastic with U-Pack... AND my shipment arrived EARLY! I 12/10 recommend them for your moving needs.

U-pack's customer service team is phenomenal, answering my myriad of questions. Their dispatchers are generous. Their drivers are patient. Their prices are fair and honest. Their web interface for tracking your order is user friendly. I am amazed.We used U-pack for a cross country move. The property manager for the apartment we were moving to was a week delayed in getting us the keys, and U-Pack allowed us to delay delivery by a week at no additional cost. We are so thankful.

The U Boxes are handled by ABF- all of their staff from over the phone to the guys who delivered and picked up the U box were professional and friendly. My box was quoted at taking two weeks for transit and it was much faster. For the price, I would recommend them over competitors that cost more.

I have to say, I was incredibly impressed with U-Pack. Communication was excellent, ease of setting up the move was excellent, drop off of the trailer and use of it for loading over a pretty long period (we scheduled a drop off for Thursday and a pick up of the following Tuesday and we needed all of that time!) was simply amazing. They picked it up and shipped it across the country and it arrived at our destination ahead of schedule. Again, the receiving team had great communication and were easy to work with. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with how well they ran this operation and how great the overall experience was. WAY easier than driving it out ourselves with a U-Hual

We used UPack to move cross country. It was a good experience. We appreciated that we knew exactly what we would pay, and that we paid by the foot so it was very clear. We are do-it- yourself kind of people. If you want everything done for you it might not be the best option. We were warned that it isn't a moving van, it's a cargo trailer, so plan accordingly. That means, pad everything with lots of bubble wrap, pack the trailer tightly and to the roof, and get plenty of ratcheting straps to hold it all in. We had friend and family help loading, and it took 4 of us the full 3 days they gave us, but we hired a company to unload, which took 3 guys 3 hours with some help from us. UPack was on time, if not earlier than we expected. They did drop off the trailer at our destination on the first day of our 3 day window, which we weren't expecting, but it was fine. The movers came the second day as planned, and UPack picked the trailer up at dawn on the 3rd day. We got everything with just the most minimal damage; a corner of an ironing board, a little dent in a chair. All wine glasses in one piece (see: bubble wrap).If you do this, you need to get permits at each end to park the trailer for 3 days. UPack won't park unless they see them. Do your part, they'll do theirs, and all will be well.

Overall we had a positive experience. This was our second military move using U-Pack, and the value is well worth it. My biggest frustration is the differences in each location. In Colorado, they did work weekends and holidays. Apparently, in Sacramento they don’t? One of the guys at the Sacramento office pretty much called us liars and said there was no way our relo cubes were picked up on a Sunday, despite us watching them be picked up and everything on our end showing the pick up day as a Sunday. Then, our cubes sat in Reno for an extra day. They called and said they couldn’t send them on to California without a specific form, which I filled out and digitally signed over two months ago. Our things came a day after the last estimated delivery day, so be prepared to not get your things until the very end of your delivery window. The only other thing was that our cubes looked like they had been through hell and back. Admittedly, I was skeptical to put all of my belongings in them, but they arrived in okay condition.

We had almost no issues in the transfer process. There were some scrapes and scratches that could directly be attributed to how we packed. Other than that, the online associates and delivery staff were extremely helpful in getting our cube moved to our new home. The platform is incredibly intuitive and gave us the chance to see every step of the process from drop off to the final pickup after we unloaded. The drivers are incredibly skilled, professional, and flexible. We have them a pretty difficult task as our home was on a steep incline and our new home was behind a gated community. In both cases, they were super helpful and were unfazed by the inconveniences our situation presented.

u-Pack people on both ends were helpful, professional... whole experience was really smooth. Oh one think I just remembered: when I originally booked it was one price, then I moved the loading day just by a couple days and suddenly the price jumped up by $1500 without much of a notice; I had to log into my account to see that. I called them to ask why, they said it was just a supply/demand thing, certain days of the week. So WATCH IT! When you're ordering, play around with which day you load, + or - a few, and you might see the prices are very different. Also, the partition doors in the trailer were difficult for one or even two people to deal with. But overall I liked the u-Pack experience. Lots of sweat on my part but that's what I signed up for, and I saved a few thousand $ vs. a full service mover.

At the recommendation of my buddy, I hired U-Pack to move my stuff from CA to FL and the experience was simple & easy! Their website is very user friendly for making an equipment reservation or amending move dates. Their customer service via telephone was also very helpful and friendly. I would use this service again!

We looked at several options to help move our son from the Northwest to Mississippi. He didn't have that much and other companies didn't want to waste their time. I found U-Pack and contacted them. They were easy to contact, really nice, helpful and was half the cost of U-Haul. We were notified all along the process. Texts, emails and phone calls to help us with what we needed. We called a few times and asked questions and every person was really nice and very helpful. I have moved a lot, so packing and loading the semi was not so bad. We rearranged things and got the truck to 5 feet of space. The truck arrived a few days early and we were still driving across the US. U-Pack was understanding and allowed us an extra day. We unloaded, nothing was damaged. I would definatey use U-Pack again and I would recommend them.
