I just went in for the first time today and I had the best customer service ever! a nice gentleman helped me pick out a new battery and he was so informative, gave me the best one for the lowest price and it has a warranty, Loved the vibe here I want to go back just to have a conversation with the man who was so informative.

One of my worst shopping experiences ever. I have been smoking for years in and out of head stores and bong shops all over the country. this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Walking in no one was tending the front and had to shout for help once someone came from the back Look straight at me and with the worst attitude ever asked me “what do you want” I explained that I need a special banger for my dab rig. He asked me what size I told him I don’t know and he just proceeds to get frustrated so I left. If you don’t wanna be part of this culture then don’t work at a smoke shop that easy. You should make someone feel welcome in your store this guy made me feel like I was bothering him. Srry won’t happen again ever.

I went in for the first time last night, and this place is honestly a vibe! They have some very interesting pieces, not too pricey, and they are willing to take the time and help you find what you need! Taylor was the name of the gentleman that helped me last night. He seriously went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I left with exactly what I needed!! Thank you so much Taylor!

Cool girl at the counter. She was new and we actually taught her a couple of things about the items we purchased and she was happy to learn, not all uptight about us knowing something she hadn't learned yet so kudos to her and thanks to the new girl!

This girl named Glenda is the best. I grew up in sac but moved to Vacaville in 2019 and I come to visit and needed something that i couldn't find in Vacaville. She knew what I was looking for and helped me get what I wanted and I was in and out of there so fast. I will definitely be going back next time im in town. Thank you so much.
