The most disappointing floral designs I have ever sent. I ordered hues of blush, pinks and lavender. Nothing what I asked for and when I called, there was no resolution. Terrible designs and awful customer service.

Twigs used to be my go to florist. They are not what they used to be. The arrangement I received for my birthday is lacking in creativity and flowers. Time for a new florist. Very disappointed Twigs.

As a mostly blind vet in Houston I was having trouble finding a local florest to send to my Sister in the Hospital. I liked the name so I called and they couldn't have been better. They worked around my price range and delivered a beautiful gift that she absolutly love, and I couldn't be hapier. Great job ladies, I will definitely remember you in the future

The arrangement was pretty, (not secured to the vessel as I was told it would be.) but the process was painful. You're only as good as the people you leave in charge. (Wes, really needs to come out of retirement.) This is a cute little shop, but it definitely needs managerial help. Realistic expectations need to be set, and then people won't be disappointed. When you overpromise and under deliver, especially on timing and estimates, you set yourself up for failure, and poor reviews. In a nutshell, I received my arrangement 2 months and two day's after the initial meeting, where I was told I'd receive an estimate within 3-4 day's, and roughly 10 day's to completion. (I finally received an estimate the day I went to pick up my arrangement.) A lot of miscommunication between the employee's and what the protocol is for faux arrangements. The arrangement I had made should never have taken the two months. (It's that simple.) Especially, when I was told, "You're the next one in line." I recommend hiring a strong, competent and highly organized person as your shop manager because the issues (especially the poor communication) were non "Covid" related, as was told to me. Sadly, my confidence in Twiggs is sub-par. :-(

I called about 10-15 florist looking for Peony flowers. Only place that had them. Not only that they were very nice. Highly recommended.

I wish I had a photograph to share of the breathtakingly beautiful floral arrangement that Twiggs Floral Design Gallery created for a rosary service yesterday. Under the circumstances, I didn't feel comfortable taking pictures. I was awestruck at the lushness, freshness, creativity, and the artistry of the arrangement which consisted of hydrangeas, lilies, roses and assorted other greenery. I highly recommend this florist.

Came in last minute to get an arrangement created for my beloved Aunt's 40th birthday which is such a milestone. However, I ran into Alma designing two bouquets at once, and saw one and was like I love that one. Put complete faith in her and she delivered said I wanted something dramatic and unique and she went all out. My aunt loved them and remarked it included her favorite colors pink and purple. The special touch was purple edamame, which I've never seen, and everything else Thanks Alma
