From the day I moved in I felt picked on by management I had no peace at all calls emails about the lady upstairs an smoke I wasn’t smoking there where so many roaches omg ? I literally paid more in rent than anyone on the north side there gate is always broken some one tried to break in twice an the gate hit my car when I told manager acted like I was lien he tells everybody’s business if your late they on rent o your getting evicted they gave the money back to me then when I tried to move they bad mouthed me so I couldn’t move an when I left that apartment was clean they charged me for normal wear an tear don’t move there they are putting people out left an right

AT FIRST IT WAS AMAZING BUT THESE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE. They evicted us even when my mom was trying to pay rent they told her it was covered and then they had the police come to our door. THE STAFF, HORRIBLE only good one is max. and they have mouses and ants and horrible water bugs. The apartment was falling apart and they don't answer the calls, no parking and the pond stinks but the ducks are the only good part. I WOULD NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN! also KEEP YOUR KIDS INSIDE

Maintenance is great! No parking. They get around by saying there’s guest parking, but not even enough for the tenants. They don’t care. They just there to rent out units and get paid.

I've lived here for 2+ years now and have nothing but positive things to say. At first, I was nervous to move in with all of the negative reviews, but my experience has been great! No bugs or rodents so far. The leasing and management team are great communicators and have a great work ethic! I live in a one bedroom and haven't experienced any hardships or issues. Anytime I need assistance or have a request they answer me within 24 hours and most of the time it's within 4 - 8 hours. Also, the rent is more affordable compared to the other apartments in the area. One happy tenant ^_^

I just want to save someone the time and energy that it takes to live in these apartments. My boyfriend and I gave these apartments a shot EVEN after reading the reviews here because we needed a place quickly and they had something available. I'll start with the parking, there is absolutely not enough parking for all the people that live here. You will be fighting for a parking spot and people will be hogging them for days and rotating there cars out. One family had a visitor parking spot for over a year and nothing was done. My boyfriend purchased a motorcycle and parked in a visitor spot like it stated in the lease. Someone decided to park there car in front of our bike and we couldn't get it out after telling management they did nothing and made it seem like WE were causing trouble. Although there is no parking they will tell you they are doing raffles so some people can get an extra spot which was a lie and never happened. People are left parking there cars miles away which is so inconvenient (if you don't want your car towed which WILL happen seen it many times) my next complaint is that I had an upstairs neighbor who walked like an elephant night and day. Sometimes stomping from 6am all the way until 12am and would let her kids run wild around the apartments all the time! No disciple what so ever. We never had any peace of enjoyment in these apartments , she would be even louder on purpose because we complained about it, we started calling the police on her and she was crazy enough to jump in front of my car with her baby in her stroller. After all of this we kept asking management for a transfer to another apartment which they said they would do and never did. The apartment manager said "I told her she probably shouldn't have done that" it's a big deal when a women endangers your life and her child's. We talked to many people living in these apartments, all who were moving out and hated these apartments and we were one of them. Management doesn't do anything to fix issues but dismiss them and downplay the severity. The apartment has roaches and the trash cans are swarming with them. The maintenance crew is hit or miss you'll get one person who will fix it or someone who will say nothings wrong with it even though there is. Lastly, if you have pets they will automatically try to charge you to replace the carpets. Just another apartment digging in residents money to keep their apartments up to par. Don't waste your time moving into these apartments go find something better.

Live here and your car will get towed & broken into. There is no security They love towing your car knowing there is no parking - while they have employee parking which is stupid - residents should be able to park there when the office is closed with no problem. My car was broken in 3x ( all the cars parked in the front were broken Into on multiple occasions & nothing was done) & someone tried to stick a key in my other car and broke the key off in the key hole. Homeless ppl live in the gated pool area & the little lake. Also while living here the mail box was broken into during tax season. If u live here best to have only 1 car bc there is no parking , not even for your guest unless u have a handicap placard. Let me not forget the ANT PROBLEM. Our apartment was literally ANT INFESTED!!! . We were fighting off ants the whole time- they were coming out of vents , under the carpet, little cracks,literally from everywhere!!! We tried natural ways but had to result to raid all the time ( how unsafe!) ants would just be marching around for nothing - even in our bed!! On the ceiling!! On the bathroom mirror ! The closet! Even coming out of the tub faucet!! I am not kidding! We are not dirty people! Ants was coming for my hair & Bath products! One day I came home from work, sat my chipotle on the counter. It was in the bag and had the aluminum lid on ( i had already took a few bits) when I woke up from my nap ants literally hundreds were all over this chipotle in the bag on the food within an hour. After that day I'm like it's time to just use raid It was really annoying & frustrating I thought the neighbors were just dirty but I ran into a neighbor and ask & they had the same problem. I think the unit was built on an ant hill. Good news they gave me back majority of my deposit. 3 stars bc we had a garage , the location is convenient, got back majority of deposit, & free coffee. Lived here 3 years.

Lived here for over 3 years and only moved out because I had to move from Sacramento. Never had any pest issues like the other comments mentioned and maintanance was always great. Very spacious and I've never seen more storage in any apartment. I personally really like the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The only con is the small parking spaces and lack of guest parking. Overall great apartments.

Not a good place to live if you have more than one car or you have any visitors coming and if you need any maintenance then you have to wait forever. They don't care. Would not recommend.

Parking sucks. Its such big disappointment . Especially when I was vacating , the management wasn't courteous at all. They tried to maximize the deductions from the security deposit and I had to fight back with repeated emails back and forth because they added unnecessary charges.

I think the apartment management is involved in taking commission from towing hb towing for towing any vehicles from the complex the management I think has a personal problem to accuse there tenants of something they are not even doing when asked for proofs then they cant provide any proofs the corporate should really consider there management team at tuscaro apartments.
