Every time we come there, they can't cash the check saying they don't have cash. They told us to come in the morning to make sure our check gets cashed, which we did, and they still told us they don't have cash. This location is the only one that's open on Saturdays, and I think they should have cash because a lot of people will go there on Saturday. Plus, they closed our account for no reason.

Manny has been very helpful, whether it be a personal loan or Fraud protection. Manny has been there to help me with my banking needs.I'm glad he is on staff to help out.We have choices, I will be staying with Yri County bank

I would highly recommend this Bank if your looking for a new financial institution. Staff is always friendly & knowledgeable. The Branch Manager is on the Teller Line at times when customer line forms, as so no one waits very long. Sam personal banker is very friendly & knowledgeable. Don't be discouraged about ATM's they are part of this huge network of ATM's. Thank you for being our Community Bank.

I've banked with them forever. Nia and Luis were great help they are long gone .... The Manager Maggie is not helpful. Not at all .Feels hostile. I had to go all the way downtown 15miles out of the way to get banking assistance. Downtown location Nancy L. was most helpful and kind in her accumen.

I wanted to give a shout out to Bianca the A.M. here. She helped me out with a smile and joyfully when I needed some older documents. She helped me out very quickly and just the overall experience was so refreshing in the post-covid era. She was so personable, pleasant, and quick. I left with a smile on my face. If you see this, Thank you Bianca you made my day! :D

If you can help it avoid this branch at all costs. The manager Maggie is a sad old woman who unfortunately doesn’t understand the first thing about banking and is currently being reported for discrimination as she look at mom and yelled in her face these are bonds that are payable by death. Your not dead your not dead your right here. This is unacceptable and unfortunately a habit of Maggie’s. I have escalated the issue and hopeful the higher ups choose to go in another direction.

NGL. I banked here just to get a promo bonus. Small bank inside Raley's on Natomas Blvd. They have a Chico branch. I think that is their HQ. Tellers range from nice to ok. Closed my account this visit. I have too many banks and accounts open, that's for sure. Best here is convienience if you shop at Raley's, which I rarely do.

Collectively the worst bank you can trust your money with. Nia & Luis were some of the best but they have a toxic employee (Maggie) who they move around so if you see her at your branch know the tellers and manager you have came to know and trust won't be there long! I have put money through the ATM which she is suppose to over-see to make sure deposits are credited accurately. Had to call as my checks and ATM transactions are never credited properly! Also don't expect her to come out of her office and be of any assistance no matter how long the lines are. If you are a business owner do NOT (repeat do NOT) open an account here. They are always changing things, I have collectively been on the phone with them 3-5 times a week for the past 2 weeks logging over 6 hours of being on hold. They don't train their staff to help you so it's a bunch of "let me put you on hold while I get that answer for you". If you have QB (which most of us do) their new "better" (according to them when there was nothing wrong with their other format) has NO capability to port over your entries so you have to manually go in and do your entries and as a business owner, who has time for that! I have had to delay having my taxes done and I can either take time away from my business to painstakingly transferring my entries and or pay my CPA $250 an hour to do it for me because they can't get their s*** straight and train their employees before they launch new products! STAY AWAY! I have called upset and have been threatened to be hung up on! Excuse me, I am the customer being inconvenience due to your lack of management with our accounts and money!

Tri Counties Bank should be ashamed of themselves. I am watching my 80 year old father have an account with you, you charge him multiple service fees a month, you give him no interest even though he keeps a fair amount in his checking account. My father calls in two weeks ago to report his card stolen you guys are happy to cancel his card and you assure him (I hear this on speakerphone) a new card is on the way, a week passes and my father calls you and you RE-ASSURE a card is on the way, another week passes and his bills are DUE - Called member support, spoke with Mary (Got an Incident Number) Mary told my Father that a new card was never ordered and if he needs his card now, that they will be able to expedite a card to him for 50$ HOLY GUACAMOLE! 50?!?!?!?!? Because someone at the bank cannot do their job correctly and take care of the card replacement like it should have been done WEEKS AGO you want to charge 50$ to get a card to us expedited? I am smelling a HUGE SCAM here, first of all where in the world does it cost 50$ to ship a card? do you plan to use a hand-delivery Currier and send it over on a plate of silver? After 20 minutes of being put on hold and arguing they finally agreed to send it to us and refund the 50$ on our next billing cycle?! This is ridiculous! I wish my father was with Golden 1 we could have had this done in 2 hours by going in. You guys are a shameful bank! You charge old people service fees, and your customer service is beyond sub-par. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
