Bank is very delayed with updating as if a charge is pending and I transfer finds from my cash app ect I will still receive a over draft charge even tho payment was transferred same day as transaction. I have been to the bank multiple times, and they reverse fee as I had my proof of transferring over balance. So again, last night, I checked my account and had autopay come through, so I transferred funds and then checked my account this morning they added a $34.00 fee, and my payment transfer from the cash app is still pending BANK OUT DATED NOT UP ON TECHNICAL THINGS . Even tho u pay cash app to transfer immediately, their system doesn't work that way .

Have made multiple attempts to add myself as a joint owner of a safety deposit box only to be told upon visit that the manager is unavailable.
