I dropped in from out of town and was treated like a valued regular. So much service and attention for a very small thing I was looking for. Honestly, so good that though I don't live near Sacramento, I come often enough (a few times a year) that I will bring my bike and business here whenever I do come to town.

Staff was excellent. Even though they were short staffed, one of them quickly swapped out my old pedals at no charge. I appreciated the kindness of the staff. I will definitely return here.
I also got a tune up, and they returned the bike before the quoted time frame.
