Nice flowers and amazing service

I ordered the flowers over the phone and was treated kindly and professionally. The price of the flowers were not a bad price considering the world we live in today. I scheduled the delivery for today, February 14th, Valintines day to be delivered between 4pm and 7pm at her beauty school. I was told that they could make that happen no problem. They were delivered at noon. She starts class at 2:30pm. Her class was not even there. although she seems happy, I am disappointed and think it would have much more impact if she and her classmates were there to witness the delivery.I have not even seen the arrangement of flowers yet hopefully they at least look nice. If not I will update my post.I don't want reimbursement or a discount I just want to express my disappointment with the scheduled delivery time. Fool me once shame on you. It will not happen a second time. I will try another florist.I updated this post because I got to see the arrangement and was happy to see that it looked nice although it did not look anything like what I chose from their web page. I also changed form 2 to 3 stars because the delivery may not be the florists fault although I'm not sure.I will still choose another florist next time.

I live in South Florida, but my daughter lives in Sacramento. She was injured in an unusual ground accident involving a Clydesdale horse, with three broken ribs and one partially collapsed lung. Tower was the nearest florist. It has very good reviews and I found out why. I called, having looked at the website and selecting five candidate arrangements. The Tower florist on the phone led me ( I'm zero knowledge re flowers ) thru the various choices, with comment re available flowers on hand etc and in a very few minutes led to a choice which, when delivered in a timely fashion, really made a not so hot feeling daughter cheer up. Prices for both flowers and delivery were a very good value, so the factors of quality product, excellent service and fair pricing are all there at Tower.

I had a beautiful arrangement sent to my girlfriend for her birthday on March 4thI ordered online and the arrangement I chose looked identical to what I picked. It was delivered early to her work which was really nice she was able to enjoy the flowers all day.I was really impressed with the freshness and fullness of the standard bouquet I chose and will definitely be using this florist again.Thank You Tower florist you delivered a truly lovely arrangement.

Thank you for the beautiful arrangement for my sister-in-law's partner. It's hard being on the East Coast and not being able to get flowers to someone you love during a difficult time of loss. The flowers were beautiful and she loved them!
