Three people going on break at once and leaving 2 people at the counter when there are 20 people in line is insane behavior.

Long lines. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes in line. Horrible customer service.

After all the bad reviews, I was little hesitant renting from thrifty, but I still took a chance. I must say it went well over my expectations. I was able to pickup my car in 10 min and dropping off was even faster.
