Thrift Town is a large, clean, and spacious store with a great selection of nice items and clothing in good condition. It is described as an American monument with only two locations remaining. Shoppers can find gems and weird items, though it requires patience to look. However, many reviews state the store's name is a misnomer, as it is definitely not thrifty. Prices are frequently called outrageous, overpriced, and out of pocket. Many items, including used books, damaged goods, clothing, and ancient electronics, are mispriced and can cost as much as or more than new department store items. The store has no fitting rooms, which is noted as a significant drawback. Shoppers also advise carefully inspecting clothes and being cautious with old, rickety baskets that can snag merchandise. While some long-time customers recall it as a real money saver, current prices are widely criticized.
THIS STORE GAS NO FITTING ROOMS. I listed 5 stars so this review won't get buried right away. This place has no fitting rooms. I assume they shut them down due to theft, but no reason has been given. I'm not going to shop at this thrift store if I can't try anything on. It's kind of ridiculous.

Great selection and huge store. Many pieces of clothing seem mispriced where the clothing is about the same price or more than the new article on sale. Some of the ancient electronics also are mispriced. In any case, you can still find gems here.

So much YES. ONLY 2 REMAIN ...and marked down this weekend only. Seriously, only the Sac'to and Albuquerque locations of this American monument remain. Go, so you can say you did. Buy something weird for the proof. Or anguish forever wishing for the life you could have lived.
