I just wanted to leave a well deserved review for the Three points star motors service team & owners. These guys stand behind there work & guarantee it! I had a major brake service performed with new rotors & the brakes were making a squealing noise from the beginning of my completed service. I let service know & they told me to bring it back in. They replaced all the brakes & there is complete silence now! No charge to me & did my 100k service in the same day was completed. Also very reasonable priced compared to the Mercedes dealership. They have a vast background experience in dealing with Mercedes & I highly recommend this business!Services: Transmission

I have used Three Points Star Motors for several years. Eduardo is great and so is is son. They know all about my Mercedes and are half the price, or maybe less, than a Mercedes dealer. I have no complaints.

This is a terrific auto repair shop specializing in German built autos.We have two Merc Benz and have had several over the years.This is the shop we trust for every from regular service and all repairs.Eduardo is highly knowledgeable and friendly, his advice is for the benefit of the customer.Multiple time they could have easily advised me to get major work done when something less costly or free was the best solution.They use oil specially made for German engines and the shop is clean and tidy.With the new expansion to a larger space they offer a comfortable waiting lounge with coffee and drinks.If you are looking for a great shop to take care of your expensive German built vehicle I would highly recommend Three Points Star Motors on Auburn Blvd.

Based on reviews and a couple of recommendations from other shops, I drove out from Davis to have this father/son duo check out an older Dodge Sprinter from head to toe to identify what it needed. They were incredibly helpful, communicated with me every step of the way, let me know what items were must versus should versus optional, provided online invoicing for each item that I could review/approve/decline at times that were convenient for me, and gave me advice on things to look out for in the coming years (especially that particular year). Appreciated the honesty, timeliness, and reasonable pricing. And, they know their stuff when it comes to Sprinters! I will definitely be returning to them for regular maintenance as well as future repairs.

I've been coming here since 2015. Yes for the last eight years they have serviced my car or I should say my baby. They are the most honest the most ethical the most reliable auto repair shop you will ever find! When I move to Roseville I still came here with my car I now live in the pocket area and yes I drive here for all of my repairs. They will never do a repair that is not needed. They always keep you informed and they have always followed through on everything they said they would do to my car with repairs. Been in the south area I was referred to another shop but I turned around and got my car back and drove it over here and I learn the hard way I should've never gone anywhere else. I strongly recommend this shop. Can you won't find a more at the cool repair shop anywhere! So yes I drive over 25 miles to come here but they are so worth it I even get my car smog at the shop they referred me to. I will always bring my car here until I don't have my little 330 CI anymore. I was referred here from the tow man over eight years ago and that was the best referral I ever received. He said this is a very honest shop you'll be happy and I am and I promise you will be too!!

I have to say Eduardo and his son are fantastic. They know about BMWs they're going to give you the straight scoop they don't try to fluff anything and they give you lots of things to think about about maintenance and being ready for things and keeping your pocketbook in mind obviously they're out to make money but they're out to try to make sure you're not wasting your money either. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to customer service and I'll continue to go there this is my first experience with them I did a pre-purchase inspection and now I'm getting some other work done that they're helping me with and I know that it's a competitive price and I'm comfortable with them. You should be too!

This place is THE BEST. Eduardo is the man! He is so amazing. He wants you to understand your vehicle and empower you with the best knowledge to take care of it the best. He always shows you the part, where it usually fails, where it did fail and how to prevent it next time. He is beyond helpful and a wealth of knowledge. I have even called him from the road asking him questions and he walks me thru what is going wrong and what to ask for if I go to a shop that isn’t his. If I am in the sac area, this is the ONLY place I will take my Sprinter. I won’t even go to the dealership because I trust Eduardo the most to make sure it is done right and not overdone. He doesn’t tell you you need a new transmission when it is just the conductor plate. He doesn’t tell you you need a new turbo when it is just a cracked hose. Love this place to pieces.

The first time I went there I was referred by a friend. Eduardo is not only the nicest person to talk to he is very honest fair and thorough. Excellent customer service. They did a transmission service on my BMW and now it drives like a dream I thought it was fine but Eduardo suggested it and I am glad I did it.
