I bought 2 bags of the plant foundry soil in the ziploc bags; they mix it themselves and within weeks this yellow mold fungus started to form on the soil of just the plants I replanted with the their soil mix. I called and it was like without pictures I can’t tell, or I can send pictures or come in with pictures, well even with pictures I wouldn’t be able to tell. I will never buy from them again. I will say the people other than this experience are generally nice.

This is my second visit to this particular nursery, being that I was in the same area when I did visit here prior to catching a bite to eat. I was happy to be able to find what I was looking for which was more of a ground up textured plant, food versus soil, type or liquid type plant food. I definitely like how it's decorated with the decor on the inside as if it's a little nursery boutique and then you have all of your awesome choices of fruits and veggies based of the season outside. I did inquire about the popular black planters that most of their plants or trees come in And was informed that I would have better luck during the spring summertime locating some of those pots at their location. Would that being said I do see some more visits in the future, as I might try a new way of gardening, instead of using seeds, I may just try some of their product that they already have started and continue it on to grow some fruits and or veggies.located right on a corner street of a pretty busy intersection maybe a bit of a challenge to find parking sometimes depending on the time of the day that you go.

Such a great local Sacramento nursery! Located in Oak Park's triangle district, it easy to stop by and in walking distance to lots of other cute shops and great restaurants. They have a variety of indoor houseplants, outdoor landscaping plants, seasonal fruits and vegetables plus all the tools and Knick knacks for gardening. They also sell garden art and furniture. Really cute little spot, and they are dog friendly!

Walked in here and it gives racist vibes. Everyone was greeted nicely but my family. Even was looked in the eyes of an employee was wasn’t busy and not greeted or offered help. Over priced anyways.

I had ordered a plant from another company for a friend for his birthday, and it showed up half dead. The Plant Foundry was soooo helpful and nice and helped me pick the perfect plant. Very pleased and will order from them again!

They have some amazing selections when it comes to the size, type, and breed of plant you want! It is also beautifully organized and arranged. The staff walks around and offers help and they have great knowledge of the location and what they have to offer. There are so many cute and unique pots available along with metal signage in the shape of Volkswagen vans and peace signs. I would definitely come back in the future to get more species of roses and succulents!

As I was enjoying a casual afternoon in Oak Park bebopping around the shopping district for some Yelp events, I eyed the Plant Foundry Nursery as I was walking about. It's a small, quaint nursery and shop selling edible and ornamented plants, artisan goods, organic gardening, tools and supplies. The plants looked healthy and happy. Pricing is competitive. I am definitely keeping this nursery in mind and apt to visit them again. The shop does not have a parking lot, the area is mainly street parking. That is because it is in the Oak Park shopping district. Oak Park is one Sacramento's oldest, historic, and beautiful neighborhood in the urban area.

Spring is here or just around the corner. This plant Foundry Nursery has lots of roses, indoor/ outdoor plants, flowers, shrubs, fruit trees, garden gnomes, Buddhas, and lots of other garden accessories. Everything looked healthy and beautiful. I loved the rock sculptures and vegetable plants look ready to plant. Nice array of plants.

This is such a cute plant spot in Oak Park! I stopped by while running some errands in the area and I immediately loved it. As I walked up the staff greeted me as I looked at their sign with information on seasonal vegetables, herbs and flowers to plant in March. I loved those guides as well as all the information posters by the different plants. When I visited they had some veggies and herbs, fruit trees, some pretty flowers and bulbs and plenty of succulents and cacti. I had browsing inside as well where they had accessories, plant care items and some fun items like chalk, toys teas and books. This would be a fun spot to add to your gardening and plant stops.

I surprised my Wife with a bit of a drive, as we live in Rocklin. We easily passed over a half dozen other nurseries to visit this place for the first time. This was easily one of the nicest and a quaint little nursery. They offered a helpful staff and a presentable and well organized plant shop. Because of their size, they didn't offer that wide or depth of a selection of goods. Although we landed up buying 2 - 5gal rose pots... Neither was on sale, but they were purchased at competitive prices. We also picked up some chicken manure and soil amendment... Again, with reasonable and competitive prices. A bit of a drive from Rocklin, so unsure will return... But we did enjoy their shop!

First time going to this cute plant shop, it had air plants that looked really awesome! I asked about the health of one in particular because it had brown spots near the bottom, the employee told me it was so "healthy, look at all those babies!" I should have trusted my eyes and gut, it rotted two days later. I feel duped, could be a one off situation? The nick knacks are a safe bet though!
