We were referred to Beth by a colleague and business partner of ours after getting a sense that our CPA and his in-house bookkeeper were making mistakes and not paying attention to our intricacies. Beth and her team exceeded our expectations, revealed the errors that we assumed were there (to the time of roughly $200k), and did so with finesse, professionalism, thoroughness, competence, and meticulousness. It's just all of it: The high turnover, the multiple errors, the lack of reliable systems, the poor internal communications, and the awful customer service. To their credit, one person admitted to some of the mistakes. But they left. So, for the past two years, I was stuck with paying another firm to try to make sense of this Henry Levy Group mess.
