My new shop. I love The Flower Shop. We have ordered before and they do a wonderful job. They are very helpful, friendly and polite.

A friend lost her father and the funeral was in California. I ordered and arrangement with the green vase. I get a call in the day of delivery, after been charged, that I could only choose from flowers or a big plant ,the lady on the phone talked as if she was doing me a favor, I was misunderstanding, I though she was going to add to the arrangement. . They would not even put into a a decent presentation, I had to ask for a bow, or something. Poor costumer service. False advertising. Do not fall for their website. No apologies. I should get a refund.

Ordered a casket spray through the FTD website to be delivered on Friday 5/24/24, was delivered on time, looked great and the flowers were beautiful and fresh!

Terrible customer service, completely clueless. I ordered Valentines Day flowers for my wife as I was going to be out of town. I placed the order 3 days prior. The order confirmed immediately, money was taken. No flowers ever showed up. No call, no text, no email. I called the business the following afternoon (Feb 150) and was told "we don't deliver to that area". Generally if you don't deliver to a specific area, your website is setup to reject the order and simply specify "out of our service area". The most basic feature of running a business based on delivery. The woman was rude and unapologetic. An overall unfortunate experience.

Ordered 100$ worth of flowers to come today while at work for my S/O and they never showed up. Will be calling tomorrow for a cancellation and refund on my order. Advise you to not come here and look elsewhere. These were ordered on the 5th to be delivered today - Valentine's Day. Thanks guys

I wish I came on yelp and read the reviews before choosing this business to deliver flowers. I absolutely do not suggest this place even if it's the cheaper/cheapest option. I ordered flowers for delivery in advance (not same day delivery) and there was no confirmation or estimated time of delivery for the selected date. The whole day went and it is past 8pm and the flowers still have not been delivered. If you already ordered your flowers and you are also worried, you can try calling them after hours. I called them after hours and they said they will deliver in the morning next day and immediately hung up. So I can't even ask them for a refund before they hung up on me. The flowers were meant to celebrate a specific date and for them to not deliver on that date loses the value and meaning of the flowers.

This shop is amazing. I ordered some flowers online to get sent to an athlete on my team who was at Shriners burn unit. The shop called (2× since I did not answer first) due to me selecting a seasonal arrangement that was not in season. Good thing they did call...through the convo I found out she couldn't have received the flowers in the burn unit anyways. The florist help find something that would work for the situation and did not charge any additional fees. Thank you!!

Terrible Service. I ordered through AVA's Flowers. This store picked up the order and did a terrible job. The flowers were short / smaller than pictured and ordered (I paid for the larger model). They were supposed to be delivered by 2:00 PM (Paid a premium on the delivery for that purpose) and they were not. They were delivered late in the evening. Finally, when they delivered the flowers the guy walked across my lawn and the planter box, messing up the Holiday Decorations, instead of using the walkway. Additionally, the message I included for my wife was not included on the card. I do NOT recommend this business. When I called to speak with the owner, she said the delivery timing and premium was not her problem, she received a flat rate of $52 for the order. Check all the boxes for poor customer service: over charged, delivered late, delivered unprofessionally, poorly assembled and not true to the bouquet I ordered and when I call with my concerns, I got nothing but excuses and deflection. As a side note, AVAS FLOWERS on the internet is a referral service with terrible customer service as well. No wonder these people are in business together. Steer clear of these peeps....

I'm somewhat surprised by the ratings they received because I had a wonderful experience with them. I obtained quotes from three different floral shops, and not only did this shop offer the most affordable quote, but their flowers were also exceptionally beautiful. We ordered over $3,000 worth of flowers for my mom's funeral, and I'd estimate that over 90% of them were stunning. The flowers were delivered promptly in the early morning. I wholeheartedly recommend this flower shop.

The item received did not meet the item description. First of all the bouquet that was received was 1/4 the size than compared to what was advertised. The flowers that were in the bouquet that was received did not meet the item description. The flowers described said "features alstroemerias, roses, poms and more." The bouquet that was received had mostly lily flowers, my mother is ALLERGIC to lily flowers. In addition, it said that the flower bouquet would come in a basket included. No basket was included in the item that was received, it came in a cardboard box. I am very disappointed.

Wow! My mother in law is raving about how gorgeous the flowers were we ordered. She told me to save this shop because they're the best flowers we've ever sent! Amazing!
