This is one of the best piercing and tattoo places in downtown Sacramento. They've also been around since the 90s. I went there to get a piercing. I got a "UFO piercing AKA an orbital piercing to commemorate my 18 years, sobriety from alcohol. Customer service was top-notch... I highly recommend going there for any of your piercing and tattoo needs. You must call or make an appointment online for all services there, by appointments only. When I got pierced, I saw Samantha. She's normally there on Tuesdays and Fridays. Amazing piercer she was calm and walked me through everything, how to recommend her but honestly everybody in that shop it good.

My teen daughter got her ears pierced today and the experience was so lovely! Incredibly tidy, lots of beautiful jewelry to choose from, and everyone who works there is incredibly kind and helpful. My daughter is super happy and felt heard, she was very nervous during the appt but was raving about her experience when we got in the car! Absolutely will be recommending them to everyone! Thanks for making her first piercing special. :)

Michael's and Samantha's expertise is present in all that they do. I have gotten a nipple, philtrum (twice), a second lobe, and septum piercing here.
A septum ring through a local brand pupil had a chain on it that broke and they were able to work back with the designer of Pupil Hall to get it replaced/repaired.

My wife and I could not be more satisfied after choosing Michael to pierce our 3 month old baby's ears. Michael is a great person and his shop is very nice and clean. I highly recommend to all!

Michael is hilarious, Samantha has the touch of an angel, and Kayla is the sweetest. All the piercings I got here (nostril, tragus, rook) were painless and never got infected. Only Michael and Samantha have pierced me, but I prefer to have Kayla downsize or switch out my jewelry because she’s fast and gentle. Booking online is a breeze, too. Their services and prices are all laid out so there are no surprises.

was pretty annoyed when I drove all the way down there only to find out that it was appointment only. It says so on their website, but I only looked on the Google page which says they are open from now until 7 PM.

My daughter had a great experience getting her ears pierced here. Her piercer made her feel so comfortable and she took her time ensuring everything was done properly and in a sterile manner. They came out so cute. It was a LOT more expensive than I anticipated (nearly $400) but that had to do with the earrings my daughter picked too and I wanted her to get what she wanted so I paid it. (Price was made clear to me prior as well). My only complaint is that there were things that were not child appropriate here. I think an improvement for the shop could be to cover up inappropriate images they have hanging around when they have minor appointments. For example the condom dispenser in the bathroom (kids are going to think they are candies or toys and for those who can read, like my daughter, they will have questions). And the nude photos hanging up could be easily covered with a post-it note. I'm not exactly a prude but there are things I try to protect my young children from. Overall I would recommend this place for your kids. My daughter is so happy and I am pleased with her results too.

Just got our 8 month old's ears pierced today and Michael was amazing! Very informative, professional, and quick. He went over the process/procedure step-by-step, keeping us parents in the loop about everything. He was very personable and inviting. I highly recommend him and the shop for infant ear piercing. They're definitely worth the investment!

It's been close to 17 years since I got two body piercings and I've never purchased really nice jewelry. I was looking online for real gold jewelry but I was scared to spend the money without knowing they were quality pieces. My little sister went to the exotic body and was so impressed with her experience and the jewelry selection, so I decided to make an appointment. I love that you can only be seen by appointment to keep the waiting room less crowded and you're there with other people that actually want services instead of a bunch of lookyloos. I met with Samantha who took me back to a clean sterile room, looked at what I had, and helped me pick out matching jewelry. She was kind, professional and made the process quick and easy. If you're in the market for high quality jewelry and down to earth people, this shop is for you.

After a negative experience with my nose piercing at another shop, the staff helped me pick out better jewelry that helped my piercing heal! Plan on going here for any future piercings!

I took my daughter (15) to get her first piercing. She decided to go with a septum piercing. Samantha was so amazing. Answered all our questions and explained the aftercare. The whole appointment was a wonderful experience.
