Don't be fooled when you tour this property. It looks beautiful at first glance, but what you actually get is very different. When we arrived, the apartment smelled like cannabis. The common area was filthy, the refrigerator had rotting food, and the oven and microwave were covered in food remnants. The floors were sticky, and the blinds and windows were caked with dirt and dust. His room was the only clean part, but even then, the drawers were missing handles.
None of the amenities ever work—neither the gym nor the pools. The elevators are filthy, and the flooring is coming apart. There is no safety, with cars constantly getting broken into. They just want your money and don't care about your kids.

I have lived here for 2 years, meaning I’ve dealt with a healthy amount of the workers in the front office. Ever since I meant Abby, my opinion and experience has changed. Abby has dealt with all of my concerns and I’ve experienced the BEST customer service with her. She is extremely patient and kind. She has gone above and beyond when I am in need of her assistance regardless if my attitude is the same kindness or the same patience. As a manager of dental office and have been a manager for retail beauty spots, I see from the outside how much of an asset Abby is to the team. With my lease coming to an end, I am thankful for Abby assistance and appreciate her .

Your lease here will be a prison sentence. They do not care about you, or your safety. They will lie and tell you anything just to get you to sign your name. If you have housemates, they’ll put you with the worst individuals imaginable to have you guys duke it out among yourselves because part of their scheme is pitting housemates against each other because there’s a really cool rehoming fee that benefits them for $400.
(EDIT: this place is so desperate they’ve bought fake 5 star reviews ? Look at all the NEW profiles with outstanding things to say about the deadbeat staff)
