Good service, good communication skills. Clock working perfectly now. Pricey, but what isn't these days. Also, he provides a unique service (house call for grandfather clocks).

Gary was able to fix my great grandmothers mantel clock, that hadn't worked for years! I've had several other people try to fix it over the years, but had no luck and just lost a lot of time. Im so happy to finally have my great grandmothers clock working again!! I had started to loose hope until I found The Clock Doctor!!

Very professional... Knows his clocks... Looking forward to a perfectly working grandfather clock after it comes back next week
