Technician only did my front yard at 704am to 717am. Left a receipt charging for $127.33. No prior notification that they were stopping by. Didn't service my backyard, garage or inside house. Called complained to come later due to the fact I woke late and don't wake up til 10am. Ashley said she was going to reschedule for next Friday and not charge me til job was completed. Just to wake up to being charged regardless. Called to ask why, they said job was completed with chemicals being laid down in only front yard. Told them I shouldn't pay for a QUARTER of the job. Lady cut me off said I was arguing with her. Asked who I spoke to at that time I diknow. Then she said it was Ashley left a note to not charge me til next week but the new lady said that was wrong and against policy. So basically asked her that I was lied too. Asked to talk to supervisor she said none were available on the weekends so I said I'll call Monday and when I asked her name she hung up on me! Terminix is trash!!!Services: General pest inspection

Had service for almost 2 years I tried canceling 4 months back I was told I was charged and to close it out on a specific day cause it would be the day before the next payment for the subscription. I call on the day of but because I called the end of the month (was told could cancel as long it's before the new payment) I was told I was not allowed to cancel and that I would have to pay because they had all ready done service earlier this month and told me to wait another quarter to pass by even tho we should be able to have the service done till the end of the quarter and allow to cancel before the pay period. New payment was 28 call in the 27th I suggest just cancel month ahead had spoken to 5 different people telling me the same stuff and to my understanding somebody needs to be more educated with your guys system and/or shouldn't be working there by giving out False and UNACCURATE information.*The service is good helped with he bug situation.*Questionable authorization process and informational inputSo about out of 260 for listening to employees and no longer interested in doing business with them further.Hope this helps, don't need your input Terminex just my money when I tell you to cancel my membership

Chili cheese fries it only has a red sauce they call chili does not taste like chili it tastes like tomato sauce with chili powder added and the meat is over cooked with out any flavor tastes like burnt meat not really worth it since covid, also there is no meat in the chili.

Horrible professionalism! I was charged $119 on 06/25/2021. I spoke with an agent after I saw the charge that I would continue with the appointment but would like to cancel before getting charged again. She informed that my last appointment should be in September so I wouldn’t get charged again. I agreed and Eric come out on 09/15. There was a charge on my card the day after 09/16 of $119. I called & was basically told I wasn’t getting my refund and the agent should’ve removed my card from the file so I wouldn’t have been charged again & had my ongoing appointments till August. I paid a price of $199 for lack of communication & lack of knowledge of an agent from Terminix who doesn’t know how to do her job correctly! Very upset, never again with Terminix !Services: Cockroach extermination

They just make money from from people. They will tell you that with the frist payment they will come and spray 3 times. But they don't. There customer service representative name Allen was so rude.
