As a business owner, staying up-to-date with the latest and most excellent technology solutions is essential. That’s why we recently upgraded our telecom services by ordering TPx service through SolveForce. We were amazed at how easy and efficient the entire process was! From fruition to completion, SolveForce provided us with an in-depth overview of all available options so that we could make an informed decision about which plan best suited our needs. In addition, their customer service team answered any questions or concerns we had promptly and thoroughly, making us feel confident in their abilities throughout the entire process.Once we placed our order for TPx service through SolveForce, they took care of everything else from there – setting up installation appointments with local technicians who arrived on time as promised, helping us choose compatible hardware based on what would work best for our specific needs; providing helpful advice regarding technical setup; troubleshooting any issues during activation – you name it! It felt like having a personal IT department without breaking the bank!Overall, working with SolveForce has been one of the most positive experiences when upgrading telecom services for my business thus far, thanks to their knowledgeable staff members who are always willing to go above and beyond when assisting customers like myself to find what they need within budget constraints while still delivering excellent quality products/services each step along the way. Thank you! SolveForce and TPx, you are highly recommended!!!

Three months later and all the promises made and the day of install they could only deliver half of what was ordered. It appears that TPX cant do what they say they can do. TPX is not capable meeting deadlines or keeping their word .The worst part is according to everyone that was involved with our project this is a very simple install. If you want a headache and to be lied to then TPX is your company

If only Yelp allowed negative stars...... TPX is hands down one of the worst vendors I've worked with in my professional life. My company was with them for over a decade, and no one really explored other options. We recently decided to audit these systems and learned that we were paying four times the rate of other providers for LESS service. We had relatively slow internet, and an antiquated phone system that they nickel and dimed for every "extra" service that is now included for free with most other providers. When I reached out to our account manager to discuss moving some of our services, he was condescending, sexist, and rude. He even made sure to tell me he had "a lot" of other clients who wanted his time and attention so I shouldn't expect him to be too attentive to us. So....definitely not very interested in keeping our business. His behavior was so poor I actually reached out to the Nor Cal senior VP, and asked for a different account manager and she just kept sending my emails back to the original rude account manager, who in turn gave me run around after run around after run around. We ended up terminating all services with them and it's been the biggest headache of my job. They make everything ridiculously difficult, will not provide clear information, and are not timely in responses. TL/DR: EXTREMELY high prices compared to their competitors, TERRIBLE customer service, a nightmare if you want to change or move anything. Avoid at all costs.

I get TelePacific Communications through my building and had been having constant, ongoing trouble with their wireless connections which dropped frequently. Their answer was to hardwire my computer. That made a huge difference in reliability and speed. But getting there was not easy. With 2 of their 6 people out, if took a while to schedule the work and they missed two appointments. When they did get there, the work was good and quick. Because they parked a ways away, they asked to leave their ladder overnight to pick up in the morning. It's still here. I am happy to recommend them to folks who can be patient with the customer service issues.

Great service, low prices for internet access (about $35 per month) and very responsive. You can even reach them via Twitter. I like supporting a local business, and I really LOVE not paying a freaking fortune for internet. I don't want or need cable, and I am happy not to be giving my cash to a huge corp like Comcast.

The other day when the router went down it took them two-days to come and put a new one in - the tech guys are all cool but I guess they may be overworked. Also this company bills you ahead for the upcoming month. The billing comes in on your email and the only way you can pay is by a credit/debit card. In all of my professional life I have never received a billing with the following statements - "No response for the past due balance again, your service are set for interruption". Doesn't that sound like being lectured? My whole building use TelePacific Communications so I have no choice but to use this company. And then when I called to settle the bill after this condescending email they would not even pick up but wanted me to leave a message.
