My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Olivia and her associate agent Tammy Beckley on both the purchasing and selling of a home, and they are both absolutely incredible. Knowledgeable about their market, caring and thoughtful with their clients, professional, kind, and smart - they have been wonderful guides and advocates both times we've worked with them. I tend to ask a million questions and get anxious about complex processes like this, and Tammy and Olivia were so kind, supportive, and patient in explaining every little detail to me. It's awesome to work with someone who puts you at ease because they're thoughtful about everything and know exactly what they're doing!

Wow, simply wow! Olivia guided us to buying our 5th house in 5 different states, and she and her team far exceeded our previous buying and selling experiences. In a hot seller's market, Olivia leveraged her network to anticipate homes coming to the market so we could do 'pre-work'. And when we found the house we wanted, she helped us navigate some unusual and unexpected circumstances on our way to buying the house. I recommend her enthusiastically, she will win you over too!
