The men working that I met were friendly but the signage for sales were inaccurate. I ended up spending more for baby clothes than I anticipated because all the racks said 30% off

Always a good experience. I just wish they had more cashiers, I miss the human interaction.Self check out is a bad business idea, At least limit the SCO to ten items or less, this would cut down on the losses...

Almost every time I come here, they only have one register open. Half the time, they have the self-checkout closed, too! So you have to wait in a long line just to get a couple of items. Sometimes, they're out of stock of an item that I really want, or they don't have what I'm looking for. Staff are generally friendly, especially at the register, but when you need help, they're rarely around.

This is my neighborhood target but their management seems to be unaware of the number of customers they get. Long lines with only two checkers and express self checkouts closed. Very
poor management.

The employees are friendly and helpful but the shelves are rarely stocked and when they are you have to have an employee unlock them and the prices are insanely high

Whoever this girl is working at Starbucks inside target on Madison Sunday 4/28 1:45pm-2:15pm is EXTREMELY rude! I came to the line, she was making two drinks for one customer. Took her 10 minutes, she didn’t greet me, didn’t say hi I’ll be right with you, nothing. After 10 minutes, I finally walk away and go do my shopping. I finish shopping and come back at 2:13pm, she sees me, walks to the back and her friend waiting for her said she needed to take her lunch and she shut the lights off. I told her I had been waiting before and asked if she could pour my drink… I literally just wanted a black tea and lemonade all she had to do was pour it in a cup with ice, she rolled her eyes and said “I guess” at this point I just walked away. If you don’t want to work, don’t work, but if you’re going to, at least be happy you have a job! This girl needs additional training for sure. 10 min to make two drinks is pretty slow barista to me.

I do very much like what products they’ve sold inside of the store, but their customer service are not good at all. Especially at electronic department, no one shows up even if you called someone to help by service button. Even if you finally got a stuff member to help after long wait, they are not friendly that almost look like they don’t want to help you. I didn’t write this review if it had happened only once, but unfortunately had happened few times with different stuff members.

I have to admit that I have always loved this store. It is always neat. They have just about everything you need and prices are reasonable. They quality of the merchandise have purchased has been worth what I paid.
