I had a very good shopping experience at Target. Store associates are very helpful.

It’s too hot outside for foolishness! Picked up order up and missing items. Called the store several times and no one answers the phone.

I love this Target and have been coming here for years. However, I do have a suggestion for management because I feel empathy for the drive up workers during this heatwave. You guys should consider following Laguna Target for the drive up set up. They have a tent and fan set up with water coolers. They also have their space numbers set up in the shade under trees. I believe that this would be an easy fix to implement and it would be helpful for the well-being of your team members. Hope to see some improvement in this soon.

The employees and managers from this store don't know how to do their jobs or satisfied a paying customer. Enforcing policy because they feel like they can. Enforcing policy they doesn't align with their own written policy. Felt single out and targeted. Store manager probably need more training about target policy.

Compared to Walmart they don't have a large selection of canned goods. Was fortunate enough to be able to find a can of button mushrooms. They only had one brand available.

Nice and clean store. Easy shopping experience.
The self checkout stands here are open for a quick and easy checkout or else you can use one of the regular cashier lines.

Teach your employees to ask for IDs in a kinder fashion, and not to look at people so suspicious when they're just buying cold medicine.

This is the only target I've been to without a family or gender neutral bathroom. You cannot imagine how irritated I am when I have to pee.

I usually came to this Target a lot when it opened many years ago because it was less crowded than the one on Laguna Blvd at the time. But not anymore. This Target has a lot of people like the one in Elk Grove now!The store is looking good and very clean inside. The parking lot is very busy and it is hard to get parking during peak or on weekends. The cashier counters are fast moving and the cashiers are polite.

This Target Store has a great selection. The store is clean and well-lit. Prices are very reasonable considering today's economy. The location is convenient, and there's a Starbucks Store inside Target.Highly recommended!

I've tried calling and followed all the prompts. 2 for specific department. 2 again for service desk. And it rings they never answer and then eventually hangs up. I've been trying to reach them by phone for 3 days any they never ever answer. My first drive up order they only gave me 2 out of the 11 items I ordered all items were in stock. I tried to contact the store no answer, I returned to the store and they found my items were placed elsewhere. I did another store pick up its been 5 1/2 hours and still not ready. All orders should be ready in 2 hours according to target.

The cashiers are mostly hit and miss. Mostly on the miss department. The people in the area know this, it's why the self check out lines are so long. Knowing this the manager should fix the problem with broken self checkout machines. But they prefer not to, so they can continue to employ their bad friends at the check out stands. Why are the cashiers bad? They don't bag your items correctly and make conversation a cringe. Making you actually bag the items yourself if they fail to understand how to fit everything in a bag. It's not hard, heavy items first then squish anything light on the top and or sides. Giving up after one try, is a new generation thing. Being rude is a new generation thing. This new generation thing is not a target culture thing.
