It’s sad to shop at The Natomas Target, their attention to customer service is falling every year. While I understand why they are locked up many products, they need to have the personnel to open the doors to the customers. Having to wait 30 minutes to one hour for a simple item is insane. Management at this Target needs training on their new locking product policy.

I was singled out by the cashier at self check out for having more than ten items, I didn't. Other customers had much more than I did and the cashier said nothing to them. The other customers did have much lighter skin color than my wife and I, much like the cashier. I don't think I'll be shopping here anymore. This target has changed for the worse.

I usually visit only during holidays for decor and presents. I absolutely love the holiday decor that is pet themed.

This store has gone to very pathetic very fast, I'm absolutely sure I'm done shopping here. Plus it stinks inside, odd odors everywhere. Not a good shopping experience.

It's a 9 overall. Could have reached a 10 if Target unlocks their product promptly and don't get rid of in store pickup.for on-line orders.

I would say this was a nice target. Electric vehicle charging in the parking lot, and there was actually an available space. Decent Starbucks inside with friendly employees that gave me exactly what I asked for. Only a few vagrants living on the sidewalk outside. Selection seemed part of the course for a target. And I wouldn't say $3.50 for a small cup of coffee is a good value.

Use to shop early morning and use self checkout. Since they closed it, it’s been annoying to wait in a long line with one cashier. I just Use Walmart delivery now .

My husband and I go here for everyday essentials and what not but probably not anymore since there's no self check out. My husband wanted to pop in and just grab one thing the other day, but there was a long wait and hardly any staff available. If Target is going to implement no self check out, they should have been prepared and schedule more people.

I waited 45 min for a drive up order becusse I had the audacity to place a Starbucks order as part of the in app drive up order. The drive up employee explained that because the in store Starbucks was super busy, it hadn’t finished my order, and becusse the Starbucks was part of the drive up order, they couldn’t give me my other items until the Starbucks was ready. The employee kindly helped me try to cancel the Starbucks in app, and even tried to cancel the Starbucks with their device, but there is no way to cancel an added Starbucks order once placed. So I had to wait 45 minutes until a manager was finally able to manually cancel the Starbucks to release my other drive up items.
To be clear, the employee was kind and awesome, and was not at fault. But if the app cannot account for rush hours nor cancelation on added Starbucks orders then it should not be a feature of the app. Terrible experience, and the add on Starbucks feature has clearly not been thru proper UAT before release.

I have been a repeated customer and sadly I will no longer be a customer of this location. Worst customer experience with Drive up service. I have had consistently experienced great service with other employees but my experience with Jess was horrific today. She lacks emotional intelligence and should not be working directly with customers.
