We asked 3G Sim card, and they sold for us, but I looked after bought, they sold 4G Sim card. Stupid employees. Lost time.

Every time I have been to this location, I have always received excellent customer service. I wanted to purchase an iPhone in a certain color that their store didn't have in stock, and one of the sales reps offered to drive to another T-Mobile location, just to get my color phone for me! On another day, my phone was having technical difficulties, and their sales rep Jasmine, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help resolve my problem. Highly recommend this Truxel location.

13/11/23-13:45-Cody helped me set up my new phone and transfer all my data. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to where I could understand. He is an asset to T-Mobile. Wish we had more cool people like him. He was the best!

We stopped in to see what our options would be for upgrading our phones. The person who helped us was so nice and very helpful.The confusing plans, trade-in options and benefits of each plan are not as great.We've been T-mobile customers for years and we're happy with our service, options and the price. It seems if we want to buy/trade in phones through T-mobile our monthly cost will be going up one way or another because we'd need to switch plans.I know they need to make money, but why have phone plans that don't go up in price if you're going to pressure people into different plans later.I'm planning on buying our new phones through Apple and using our same service plan instead of buying the phones through T-mobile because of this. The math just wasn't mathing for me.

They don't really know anything about plans... just pricing and how much they charge you. Would be nice if they can explain things better and why you are being charged things. Mustafa told me he doesn't care or need to know or want to be able to explain things.Wouldn't come back here if I need info on anything.

5 stars for John, 3 stars for the store! I came in to get a new screen protector which I was told was the one I could walk into the store and have replaced when I bought it. Triple checked this with the lady I was buying it from. Come back 5 months later to change my screen protector to be told I didn't buy that specific one (being lied too) Then I was told I couldn't get a new one from the manager, after arguing with them telling them what I was told when buying the protector. John helped me enroll online with Zag since that's the one she sold me without telling me. He not only enrolled me with zag, he got another protector ordered for me, and the manager put a credit for the money I had to spend for shipping. THANK YOU John for taking your time to help me! People like you are truly appreciated
