Me my girlfriend walked in and the first thing we asked if they were closed and they said no. 10 minutes into making our sandwiches (we only ordered for which we're just on the menu nothing custom) she says that they were closing at 8:15 even though Google says 9:00 because they need 45 minutes to prep.I put my years into food service and you don't need 45 minutes to prep nor close. If they wanted to just say they were lazy I would have accepted it that's fine you don't have to lie about it.. One of them didn't toast our bacon, put it on the sandwich, and just kept prepping for close while the other one continuously looked at the menu while making our sandwiches, because she didn't know the menu. 45 minutes into asking for our orders, we left.Kind of insane. Never had this experience at any Subway, even the poorly rated ones.Just say you're lazy, not that you're closed 45 minutes early. I know how it is, ive worked good service for years.I guess if it takes 45 minutes to take an order, it takes 2 hours to close. ?

We have been coming here for few years now and this place has been going down hill with customer service and quality. Today l ordered cold cut trio with double meat and it didn't look like double meat. I asked and was assured that it was. Got home opened the sandwich and NO double meat. I hope it was worth 3 dollars to lose repeat customer. It's not about the meat. It's about the lie.

When we got home opened our sandwiches up the bread was falling apart because it was old we live down the street.

I went and around 1:00 pm ordered my sandwich and my chicken was cold and I spoke with the manager and she was extremely rude. The tables were nasty and they had roaches on the floor and the cookie tray. Do not eat here. Horrible customer Service.

Small location but very clean, fast and friendly service. I read a few reviews concerning coupons so I was hesitant to use them here but the Latina lady offered to scan my coupon before I ordered and it went through! The coupons say that they’re valid on participating locations so it’s understandable when they don’t go through, it’s not the sandwich artist fault that some coupons aren’t valid. I enjoyed my sandwich very much, definitely coming back soon.

Visited here 9/8/23 ordered a few sandwhiches including the rotisserie chicken sandwhich. My husband bit into a large bone, I contacted the supposed "manager" whom tried to assure me that there was no bone nor was it possible as the chicken is sent from a factory. I sent him pictures and he said he would be back in contact with me soon to refund me for only that sandwhich (insert eyeroll) it's been 20 days now and not a refund nor phone call insight. This location has been OK at best over the years but now I'm officially done with it.

Ever since new management this location has been horrible. The new managers are rude and don’t except coupons.Overall horrible experience. I use to always go to this one until now,, I will not be going back to this location. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

Told her I wanted a footlong split and not two 6 in. Got the total thought it was high asked her if she charged me for a footlong or two 6 in she said she charged me for a footlong got the receipt it was 6 in so I won't be coming back to this location again.

Things have changed here for the worse. Ever since new management took over this location has gone down hill. New management is horrible and disrespectful. And the location stop taking coupons since the change in management.
