This Staples had the office supplies I needed at good prices. For example 100 sheet notebooks were $2.99.
A shout-out to associate Rebecca for noticing that I was distressed by the heat and encouraging me to remain in the store and drink some water before returning to my car. My car was hot and I was not. Disaster was averted.

I usually don’t go to Staples unless I really need to.
Yesterday, 6/15, I stopped by Staples because I needed to drop off a return for an online order. I was waiting for an associate and a tall Asian man walked passed me to “help.” I looked at him and he looked unhappy and hated his job. I placed my unpackaged order in front of him and looked elsewhere because it was uncomfortable. He didn’t say anything nor made eye contact. He suddenly opened a bag in front of me and looked at me dead in the eye. For a second, it didn’t cross my mind that I was suppose to place my items in the bag because the whole process was uncomfortable as hell. We didn’t exchange any words the entire process.

Horrible customer service, they don't speak to you with good manners, they yell at you and are even annoying to give you information, starting with the supervisor, I don't know why there are so many people with such ugly manners, if you can't treat the public well, look for another job.

I purchased a LA-Z-BOY office chair from Staples. The chair was on sale and my 15%-OFF coupon was honored! The person that helped me was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She even used a hand cart to take the big, heavy box to my car. An excellent shopping experience all the way around!

When in to make a copy today I feel like the supervisor of BOSS is friendly with their employee that they’re not even doing their job right but tell me to wait and be patient when I’ve been there for 30 minutes waiting on the machine to print and they so rude and not very helpful that last time I am going there no wonder why they don’t have very much customers

Although the location sets the tone for this store and although Staples doesn't pay employees enough to want to care, for what I use this store for, they are reliable. Printing. Just printing. Biz cards, posters, address labels I use as product labels, etc.. For those services this Staples has delivered on par with the dozen or so other Staples I've used over the years. I wish they offered a similar array of coupons that Walgreens photo and CVS photo offered. But their same day printing is reasonable and the quality is standard.

Every time I come here, it's disappointing. There's selection is crap and spread out all over the store. Their employees are extremely unhelpful. After I spent 10 minutes walking around, looking for a very basic item, I asked one of the employees if they carried it. Their answer was "go look over by aisle five." I just asked them if they carried it, and they could not answer with a yes or no. When I said that I was asking for some help because I'd already looked all around that areas myself they just shrugged their shoulders. As I checked out, they made snide remarks like "have a nice day" in a sarcastic tone. Businesses like this are doomed to fail soon. I can get faster better service from Amazon (and I did, received my address book 24 hours later).

Customer service here is super slow. I come to do Amazon returns because for some reason Amazon seems to prefer Staples over UPS now. It always takes forever for an associate to acknowledge that I am waiting in the Amazon return area. Wish they would install a self check in for the returns there like UPS is starting to do, or have a dedicated person always ready to go for returns
