Hard nosed about returning a 2 liter bottle of soda someone had opened. They would not let me exchange it. Been noticing the quality of their food, not do good. I hate to have to return things. Potatoes in 5 lb. Bags are old and growing sprouts. Customer service, not that good either. Yea, you just lost a customer over a 2 liter soda. Thannnnnk you.

This is a good service with questionable clientele. Hit or miss on what is on the shelves. Conveniently located off Madison and I do visit often. Thank you for your service.

It's okay there the produce is a little over charged but they have good parking and there line goes super fast

They carry the basics and tend to run out of inventory rather quickly. Management seems to be missing, and the parking lot Is a terrible mess. On a positive note there is never a line. The checker with the purple hair is fantastic, really good customer service skills.

Always great deals, clean and stocked very well. Prices are reasonable. Workers are always cheerful, happy and genuinely in great spirits. Recommend this Smart & Final. Parking lot is kinda a downer with speed bumps that take your soul the first time you fo over them. Over all, still a great store.
