We have purchased 3 beds from them. Needed to move one bed. They come one day to disassemble the bed at a cost of $249.00 and return the next day to re-assemble the bed (once you have taken the disassemble bed to new location) for another $249.00. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Do not buy from sleep number .. i Purchased an overpriced bed & base from sleep number, the salesman assured me they would relocate my old bed anywhere on my property.. apon arrival 2 weeks later they informed me that they dont disassemble bed bases... I asked the guys to wait 10 minutes while my mother in law took the old base apart herself, as i was at work... They said they cant wait... 10 minutes is all it would have taken... By the time they would have moved the old mattress to the bunk house it would have been done.. they just left... Lazy worthless bums... & If you call to order a mattress they answer immediately but if you have any customer service issues your on hold for hours... Frigin rediculous....

My experience at the Natomas sleep number store this time was with Jackie Roberson. He made the purchase of my new (2nd) sleep number M7 360 smart bed a great time. Jackie is very knowledgeable, friendly and made me a fantastic deal!

I had a pretty good idea what I was looking for after going through the Sleep Number website. I came in to actually try out the beds, see what the different features were, etc. I appreciate George listening to what I was looking for and showing me things that made sense for my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured.I was very pleased with my experience. The store is very clean and modern and has fun tech to make the experience of lying on a smart bed in public seem normal.

Under George's professional introduction, I tried all the smart beds displayed in the Sleep Number store, and finally chose the right bed and mattress for my son and I. What a perfect experience! Can't wait for my new bed to be delivered.

My wife and I went in here just to look at the mattresses. I told the rep that greeted us that we were not going to purchase a mattress but we just wanted to explore for a possible future purchase. He was very helpful and showed us all the models and let us lay down and test everything. We moved on to the pillows and tried many of those. We ended up buying two very nice pillows for over $100 each. We were told there was a 90 day money back guarantee. We tried the pillows for 45 days but our neck problems didn't really get better. I brought the pillows back and expected to have to answer a bunch of questions or fill out some paperwork. The rep only asked me one question: do you want to trade in for different pillows or just return. I said return and that was that. I was given a receipt and told the money would go back on my card within 24 hours. Both reps thanked me for my business. I have never experienced better customer service.

This is a new store located in North Natomas. The sleep number store off of Arden Way has closed. The person that helped me was Jacky, he was very nice, patient, and even slightly humorous...:) I was ordering the base to my bed, because I had back surgery and I really needed the elevation choices. I was slightly disappointed that my base won't be delivered until the end of October but, he showed me the list of people ahead of me and said everything was running behind due to short staffing and Covid. I totally understood and continued with purchase. The location was very easy to get to and both Jacky and his manager were really helpful. If I have a need to go there again, I would not hesitate.

Went to grab some lunch at Nations and saw that Sleep Number just opened here in the area. I have heard a lot of great things about sleep number beds and with it conveniently located in Natomas, I don't have to make a long drive to check it out. The store is beautiful and the staff were all very willing to help and extremely knowledgeable. I placed my order the same day and cannot wait to sleep on my bed! Huge thank you for everyone there for making this experience a great one.

The people were great in the store. They were all informative and gave me plenty of space to make a decision. This is hands down the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and customer service was 10 out of 10!
