Sierra shower doors was picked by our contractors at GoodLife construction to install a glass enclosure for our new master bath walk in shower. They were timely and efficient and communicative. Looks beautiful with the black hardware. Seemed reasonably priced.

I haven't had customer service this great in years. Sheila(spelling?) is so professional and really knows her stuff. Her extensive product knowledge makes you feel confident in your purchase with her, and she doesn't add any salesperson fluff. She's matter-of-fact and has the customer in mind every time.

We remodeled 2 of our main bathrooms and wanted custom shower doors. We bought "chipped" style shower doors. Sierra Shower Door offered a good selection and great customer service. They delivered on time and as promised. The shower doors were installed professionally and years later still look great. Solid products and install by them! We recently needed to replace a washer in the door handle. When I called them, they were able to find the part we needed and I was able to pick it up on the same day!

Don’t know the quality of their work…,didn’t want to give that chance after speaking with the secretary/owner who doesn’t know much about customer service…rudeness = no $2500 for you and negative review and referral…think I got the last laugh.

We love Sheila at Sierra - she was very helpful in selecting the right shower door for one of our bathrooms. And about two weeks later, the installers removed our old door and put in the new shower door. There was no hassle. And we are now upgrading our second bathroom and using Sierra Shower again

They were great overall. Setup appointment months in advance to match the schedule of the new shower being installed. The price was great. The workmanship of the installer was excellent. NO LEAKS Will use them again when we do the hall bath.

A man in a company truck verbally assaulted my friend at the gas station today calling them every name in the book because they could not push thier car out of his way,as it was out of gas, and their shoulder is injured.He was disgusting and awful.We did not get his name but we did snap a photo.I do sincerely hope this person isn't the type of individual you regularly employ and allow into customer homes!

I needed two new shower doors for my home and wasn't sure who to use. After being shocked by the prices I was quoted when calling a couple of the more well-known shower door companies, I called Sierra Shower Door and couldn't believe that their quote was several hundred dollars less expensive, plus their quote included hardware, which the other quotes I had gotten did not. Sheila, who works the front counter, was extremely helpful in assisting me and answering all my questions. Two weeks later her crew came out to measure and two weeks after that they returned to install. They were on-time, professional and quick on both visits. The doors look fantastic and I couldn't be more pleased with the product or the service. I definitely recommend Sierra Shower Door for anyone in need of shower door installation.

Very poor customer service on initial call to company. They weren't willing to consider any work that they were not the initial installers on. They said that it is a warranty issue to do so. My take on it, they are discourteous.
