So I am a fan of Nike Air Max's and so I decided to check out some cool shoes. There are a lot of shoe stores in the arden mall, my last stop was Shiekhs. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted with a smile and a warm greeting by a young man. ? He showed me the coolest colors and my favorite brand. Nowadays, the young generation can be snobby apathetic. But this young man took his time in helping me out.I believe his name is Ezekiel. Thank you for your help. Great attitude ? ?

Came in to find shoes for my son, it was so busy but luckily for this young lady. She greeted me and help me I believe her name was Jessica. Such a positive vibe and so helpful

Zeros stars if I could smh . Tried to make a return but stating I wore the shoes because of creases no I tried them on and they were still uncomfortable even after I loosened the laces so now I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit and i can’t wear hella uncomfortable. So almost 100 bucks to waste ! I wouldn’t recommend coming here if I were you . On top of that prior they gave my family member two left shoes then had the audacity to say I’m not going to wait for you to swap out the shoes . Stay away, shop at you’re own risk .smh no stars :/

I am at the address, I went up to the level 2 parking lot but there is no store, I have been calling several times and no one answers the phone. I honestly don't know if it is a warehouse or because they don't specify the address.

This location is very unprofessional. I was able to order shoes that weren’t in stock there in the store. I was told it would take 2 weeks before they’re in and I’d receive a call to pick them up and if I didn’t receive a call I could call them. It’s been over 3 weeks now going on a month I should not have to be chasing them to track my order. I have tried calling both the number online and on the receipt with no success. The number rings as disconnected. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to get my order. This is infuriating I paid for a product was given a timeframe and should be able to receive the product that was paid for within that timeframe!
